If your looking for good sushi and good hibachi you'll want to look elsewhere. The people are nice, but the food is just not good and they serve you sushi rolls on styrofoam plates. A lot of cutting corners and lack of anything resembling authentic hibachi. I ordered a spider roll and the soft shell crab was cold and rubbery. Why wasn't the crab made to order instead sitting a refrigerator for who knows how long? The yum yum sauce tasted like it came out of a jar of miracle whip and a cup of sugar. I have never seen white yum yum sauce. And the spicey mayo was oily and just bad. I also ordered steak, shrimp, and scallops and they were all swimming in some watery sauce or pepper filled "gravy", idk. Nothing better than soupy scallops! You might want to remove the Christmas bells from above the door and the picture of some European scenery from the wall, the two don't match what you selling here. Also, when people leave the restaurant you should go clean the table off for the next guest instead of hanging out and leaving the table dirty with packets of unused soy sauce still sitting on the table. It's a restaurant, surely there is cleaning that needs to be done. I feel bad, because the people are very nice, but someone has to be honest about where this...

The Hibachi Express is one of many hidden gems offering Asian cuisine in Clarksville. Visit this restaurant to experience for yourself what Chef Chen has up his sleeve cooking it up Hibachi style.

For those of you that been around, he used to be at Governor's Mall Chopstick Japan but now owns this location with his wife, Robin. The food is delicious as always, and everything is cooked fresh while you wait. I love that they now have a drive-thru where you can order on the go, so you can call in your order ahead of time.

Personally, the Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp combo is my favorite, and you will not be disappointed by either the flavors or the generous portions served with both fried rice and vegetables. Conveniently located close to Hwy 24, Exit 1 this restaurant makes it easier to pick up and go on the way back home from Fort Campbell.

Conversely, I would like to say thanks for their continued support of the military over the years by extending a discount to both active duty and veterans. In closing, if you are looking for the best Asian food in town, hands down Hibachi Express should be at the top of your list. AP Score:...

The service was great! Super friendly when I went in to pick up our food. Even gave a free fountain drink when I decided to get a drink at the last minute while I was waiting for them to finish our food (the wait was not long though, we ordered on line.) My husband said the steak wasn't great, I got the hibachi chicken and the chicken was good! I wasn't crazy about the yum-yum sauce. It was more like mayonnaise and didnt have much flavor. If the sauces were better (and the steak--even though that's not what I ate) I would have given a better star rating. Over all I will go back and try more things! The service by staff makes me want...

Super friendly staff. The inside is extremely clean and the seating is comfortable with 2 TV's. The food was great and the portion sizes are enormous! If you like cream cheese wontons (Crab rangoons) they have the best i have tried in Clarksville! They don't have a huge Sushi menu but the sushi that they do have is delicious. Definitely going back again and I highly recommend this place! Last thing, the prices are great. We had two chicken teriyaki plates, an order of wontons, an eggroll and a spider sushi roll with a drink and it came to $31. can't beat that!

I have never wanted my money back due to food quality. Until tonight. We got hibachi steak and shrimp and hibachi chicken and shrimp. Both the brown sauce and yum yum sauce was suspiciously thick. I am confident the food was the microwavable stuff you get in the frozen food section at the grocery store. The fried California roll was ok but so loosely rolled, it wouldn't stay together and kept falling apart before I could get it to my mouth. So disappointed I want to cry!
