I feel like dine in would’ve been a better experience, but takeout was not the greatest. Starting with the positive, my husband really enjoyed his hobo omelette. However, my bacon, 2/egg breakfast wasn’t very good. Two out of three of the pieces of bacon were burnt and the “over medium” eggs were hard as rocks. The meal came with hashbrowns and biscuit and gravy. The hashbrowns were fine and would’ve paired perfectly with the over medium eggs that I wanted had I gotten that. It was actually the only reason I ordered that breakfast. Which was to get the eggs and hashbrowns ( I mix the runny yolks of the over medium eggs with the hashbrowns, it’s my favorite) and if it hadn’t been for my wonderful husband re-making me over medium eggs at home half of my breakfast would’ve been ruined 😡! The biscuits and gravy were also nothing to write home about. The gravy is a basic Peppermill white gravy with little flavor and desperate need of sodium with zero bacon or fat flavor and the biscuit was a bit hard, dry, dense and grainy. I feel that if we had at least dined in, I could’ve gotten the bacon and the eggs corrected, which would have made this breakfast much better than it was. If they’re using a flat top, it’s quite possible to cook just Isn’t either very familiar with flat top griddle cooking ( as it seems, it was turned way too hot and overcooked everything) or just isn’t a very proficient breakfast cook. Read moreWent here to eat after my first experience being top notch. I had a young lady the first time and she was amazing! She had dirty blond hair and I think her name was Randie? At least that's what my husband says. However we went back to have her as our waitress when we were shocked to find that she wasn't there with the company no longer. Good for her. They was trash talking who I thought was the best person there. Waitress I had my second go around was lazy, Food took a long time and the food was mid along with the service. 🙃🙄 If you are gonna trash talk your best employee you had then at least be as great as her if not better. She was on time, Super nice and went beyond what we expected also checked up on us refilling drinks and etc. I can tell they have favorites here for them to discard an employee like her. Needless to say I will not be returning. My experience was far from great, far from what we had the first time. Next time don't put down an amazing employee you had for no reason. That's flat out disgusting to the max. Not coming back for this poor managements excuse to fire someone...
Read moreWalked in this morning thinking we would try out something new. We ordered promptly, waited at least 25 minutes. We literally watched our food sit on a cold counter for at least 10 minutes, not being touched by the server or the cook. The cook took out 2 orders to the tables next to us FIRST, even though they came in after us. Now mind you, the two people waiting were older white men, and 1 of the men had walked to the counter to ask about his food a few minutes prior, BUT we were there first!? The cook literally walked over with our plates, sat them down knowing we weren't happy and walked off. We didn't even bother staying to eat, and left our plates sitting on the table, untouched. this was our first and will be our last time coming here. I have over 15 years restaraunt, management, as well as a culinary degree, so I'm not posting this lightly. Customer service sucked! They need a serious overhaul on food service handling and food temperatures...
