I’m going to start off with whoever you have working the graveyard shift should be immediately TERMINATED and I’m being serious. I’ve been there SEVERAL times in the middle of the night to order food and your establishment specifically states it’s 24 hours. Today like any other day I go in the middle of the night to order some food. The person used the same excuse he uses every other time I’m there his system is down and can’t process any orders. Make sense so I go on doordash and see if I can order. I was able to and I place the order. It then immediately get confirmed the wait time was 30 minutes. I sat in that parking lot for 1hr and 30 minutes waiting for my order. In the time I waited for my order he sent away five other vehicles. That entire time the employees sat at the drive through window doing absolutely nothing. If the system was actually down why would I have access to order on doordash. He also wouldn’t have confirmed the order either. Again this has happened to me several times. Too many to count at this point I’m convinced you have employees working the graveyard shift, who don’t actually want to work the graveyard shift. If you’re not going to be up for service don’t be open for 24 hours. You are just wasting payroll. My order wasn’t cheap either 33 dollars is a decent amount multiply that by 5 for the rest of the vehicles he sent away. That’s 165 dollars. It’s embarrassing that this is how business is conducted here. I also don’t need a response filled with excuses for your staff and my experience with them. But if someone from your corporate office is looking to communicate about this then I’m willing to continue the conversation. Don’t need a sappy response from a store manager or a...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Stopped by about 9:30 PM and ordered 3 chicken salads.
Man washing counter with cloth dipping into his bucket sets cloth down asked for payment. Never washed hands makes change hands me back his dirty washing hands change.
Don't have tomatoes substitute clumps of fat bacon.
Open one of six boxes (should be 3 but do not have correct boxes) right away the smell of rotten lettuce hits me.
Call back manager on duty, she makes noise on phone like she does not hear me. Call back again she is rude and hangs up.
Drive back at 11pm to get refund. She takes my food closes window keeps me waiting while she is on phone to GM.
Comes back tells me no receipt no refund. The receipt is in the bag.
She screams at me twice that she is calling the Police on me right now!!!
I leave then and return in the morning. General manager stonewalls me and is very Rude and will not offer refund.
Tells me I threw the food at the manager the night before. You have cameras? Yes we do. He watches the video, Funny seems I didn't throw food, ridiculous.
Fifteen minutes later and after way to much talking and wasted time I get a refund and apologies.
Could write reams on this absurdity but do not like typing on the phone.
In the end the GM owned up to fact his night manager lied about throwing food after viewing video, refunded money and apologies.
But not before both had wasted my time and rude not mention selling spoiled food. And have never been screamed at and threatened with Police
Dirty handling of food, unhealthy food,lies,...
Read more*Update of original review- Well what can I say, you started off on a good foot after reopen. Smh Jack. Right back to cold food. How in the lunch time rush hours you hand out food that is only normally this bad after 4 when the teenagers are there and don't care in the fast food industry. You still get pleasant workers and I appreciate that, but I'm paying more for food that is at least cooked in the last 10mins(prefer fresh, my fault for not requesting). Your burger patties should not taste like they were cooked 2 hrs ago and held in a busted food warmer. Any fried potato product seems to have been hit with a microwave quick heat(bad idea of you wasn't aware ijs). Make sure to filter and change your oil, it's burning your egg rolls, or that may be a redip. I would suggest for any patrons request fresh cooked and check your order before you leave. Nothing like getting home with half the food even a 1 yr old took one bite, face looked disgusted and then wouldn't even touch the food after that. Drinks were 👍🏾. *
I can tell the difference in the revamp of this location. It is a welcoming change in all aspects of look, feel and service. This is a welcoming upgrade for this establishment. Just months ago before the temp shutdown, it was like a game of roulette with service and food. I still liked food options, but if you were unlucky that day you'd be ready to curse at the audacity of food that was prepared and actually given to you. Hopefully these changes remain and will help restore faith in...
