This place is so horrible!! Without fail every single time food is ordered from here in person or through a food delivery service there is always an issue. Missing food; food is barely even lukewarm. The staff is completely rude. As well as clearly incapable of delivering the service the McDonald’s corporation advertises to provide and expects to be known for. The arches are by far the only thing golden about any and every experience coming from this particular restaurant. I ordered 2 basket of fries through door dash. I specifically included special instruction for my fries to be hot and fresh. They were neither. On top of the basket being in the bag sideways as if the basket of fries were placed in the bag like that. However there was a packet of bbq sauce in the bag even though we didn’t even order anything requiring bbq sauce. They never want to get you in contact with a higher up to fix the issue. Like I get it may seem like just fast food. However I work hard for the money I spend no matter what I spend it on. I wish I were exaggerating when I say that it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. At this point I would say there needs to be new leadership of the restaurant all around. However ownership needs to really do a through review and secret shopper experience of this place!!! I mean this place is severely more of a disservice to this community than it is a benefit. Particularly given the prime location of being at the corner of a major intersection and right off of a major highway. It’s incredibly frustrating. Just so I’m clear this is someone who has worked for the McDonalds corporation as a grill member; back cash member; front counter member; as a GEL (GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER). So this unfortunate review is far beyond just a highly upset customer whose order can never seem to be filled correctly. Rather it comes from someone who knows the expectation of the McDonalds corporation and who clearly hold their values and expectations at by far a higher standard and expectation than any of the employees who seem to have worked there; do work there and are frequently and repeatedly hired there. My faith in humanity provides me with hope for this particular franchise to do and get better but sadly I quite honestly don’t see that being a possibility at this point. Read moreHorrible, I made my order through the app for a curbside pick up, once I arrived I received a notification that the curbside was closed. The line was beyond long, so I switched to dine-in since they were open and it showed that they do dine-in, the doors were locked. Therefore I had to get in the drive-thru line and wait for nothing less than 45 minutes. Once I made it to place my order I informed the male that I had placed my order on the app, he repeated my order to me and started we have your order ready for you. I get to the first window and the cashier ask me about the order and I say no, that's not my order, and she asks me what did I order, I informed her that I ordered through the app and she immediately says, well it didn't go through so you have to order it again, I informed her that it did go through and that the male cashier that I spoke with stated that it was there, she then walks away from the window, comes back 5 minutes later and says just pull up to the next window. I pulled up to the next window and the female starts to hand me a frappe, I said no ma'am that is not my order. She asks me what did I order and I stated, I placed my order on the app for curbside pick up, before I could finish my statement she says, it is not here so you have to place your order again, without doing any checks she asked me what did I order and started ringing it up again. Read more0 stars if possible ..I suggest no one stop for dining at this unit..Let’s see, it wasn’t busy as fast food goes, I was at the 25 minute mark when a drive thru customer came and was upset as he received the wrong order, he left and came back, the staff had made another mistake with his order. He voiced he displeasure concerning the situation, a little gruff I’ll admit but I understood his situation, as he was talking, the staff member along with a 17 yr old customer began to berate this person, ‘ if you don’t like it you can leave’, ‘if you can do better fill out an application’ and a few other inappropriate comments.. when the man left the staff member and the young customer talked to each other how horrible the other customer was in a not so family friendly manner, in front of other customers.. I’m 60 years old and this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve had the mispleasure of Attempting to eat at, as it had been 30 minutes at this time, I asked for a refund and told the staffer this to an angry state and how many responsibilities he had.. I’ve owned 2 businesses and I’ve never, repeat never treated a customer in such a manner.. I Will absolutely never, never return to this establishment..I asked the staffer if it was a corporate or a franchisee unit, franchisee it turns out..
