McDonalds — Restaurant in Clarksville

I know....it is McDonald's. But come on. There was no one to take our order. We had to order at the kiosk. A worker who was supposed to work the counter, as that is where he ended up, was outside on his phone when we walked in....on a video call where everyone could hear his conversation. After ordering our food, and we were the only customers inside, with maybe 4 cars in the drive through, we sat down to filthy tables. Our food took 15 minutes to be brought out. One gentleman came in to get a mobile order after waiting 20 minutes in his car.

I simply am at a loss for what this has come to. No customer service. No one even really talking to you. Employees on their phones and outside when they have a job to do.

Covid can simply not be an excuse any longer. I know that businesses are trying to cut corners to make more money. Yet, what this boils down to is simply poorly run and lower standards for the customers.

It is utterly ridiculous.

Yet, because people continue to eat there, no changes will be made.

McDonald's....you are failing the customers that are paying for your doors to remain open, and you won't make changes because your bottom line is the priority. You know people are still going to eat your food.

So essentially, a rant that will never matter because nothing...

5/1/24 Went through the drive thru at 5:50 PM for a burger, fries and a Coke. Was asked to pull up and park. Waited while servers occasionally brought food out and searched for who it went to. I was told twice that mine should be out shortly. Had a nice conversation with the lady parked next to me who was there before me about the ridiculousness of how long this was taking. Watched several cars go through and get their food. At 6:15 I had had enough and walked inside. Had to bark out pretty good to get someone's attention, but finally got food a few minutes later and told them that there were others at the counter with the same issue. I'm a patient person and generally understand that places get busy, but how can they serve multiple others before preparing food for those waiting in a parking spot that they were asked to go to? I'm not looking for anything nor do I expect a response, let alone anything to change. Next time I'll just refuse to leave the window until my...

THIS IS THE WORST. They don’t have common sense or integrity to have a normal phone for the company. That goes to show..they have lots of complaints. I made a mistake by posting to wrong location on Trenton rd. That one is better, but this place is sad.. and yet here I Am AGAIN. this place needs to be closed and rehire New ppl who really wanna work and do their jobs right. Heck an elderly woman would do better cooking and preparing food here. I asked for NO SALT!.. that means NO DAMN SALT. If I wanted salt I’ll just ask for the $5 dollar fries bought.
