Just wanted to share some positivity on this Saturday morning opposed to all the negative that’s always going on.
I’ve been up all night, having panic attacks haven’t slept but an hour and had to drive to the airport to pick up my bestfriend. I just wanted a smoothie on the way home.. so we stopped at McDonald’s where I got a cup of ice blended with water idk WHAT THE HELLLLLY MCDONALDS gave me but it was not a smoothie. So I asked my friend if Dutch Bros had smoothies, cause I’ve never been there and we were passing it she said yes. We pull in, and get out to order. As I’m greeted with a friendly smile and such amazing customer service I apologize to the girl taking my order as I kinda stared off into space, and explained to her about my horrible experience, and also it being my first time there.. with that being said, I placed my order and the girl told me she wanted to give it to me for free. She didn’t know I had a bad night, or that I was exhausted, or the horrendous battles I’ve been fighting & that just her kind words & sweet gesture was enough to make my whole day, and completely realign my head positively for the day. You don’t know what people are going through. This isn’t about a free smoothie it’s about just always being kind, and leaving positive marks in the world.

Read moreThis Dutch Bros location is such a disappointment. I was excited to have one slightly closer to this side of town but I’d rather drive to 2nd or Madison where they actually know their stuff. I don’t know who/how they were trained so differently but it’s frustrating. I was giving it some time since they’re the newest but it’s pretty clear now they need someone to come in a retrain. Drinks made wrong, unbearably slow, arguing with customers over what they do and don’t have (just fyi they do not even serve iced coffee so I’m not sure why a Broista argued with my husband that an iced cold brew isn’t a thing because it’s absolutely a thing since you can get cold brew either hot, iced or blended at DB).
Unless I’m absolutely in a piss poor mood and this store can’t make it worse by adventuring there, I’ll be passing it to head to the other stores for awhile. Hopefully they can get some...
Read moreI come to Dutch Bros often, almost everyday and I’m not usually the type to leave a negative review but I’ve had several poor interactions with the same worker at this point. Her name is Beck, I asked for her name because I was so disappointed in the customer service I have received from her, now three times. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but she is very snarky and unamused every time she’s at the window. The first encounter I had with her was at the N. 2nd St. location, she was very rude to me when I asked how I should order a specific drink because it was my first time at Dutch bros and I accidentally ordered a drink incorrectly. I brushed it off the first two times but it really makes for an unpleasant experience, which is vastly different from the interactions I have with other workers at this location. I hope this...
