We went in yesterday to test drive a Legacy and were greeted by salesman Dee Crenshaw. I had zero intention of purchasing that particular day as I was still narrowing down my search between brands. Dee was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, there was no pressure, and no typical "salesman" attitude. He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. I had already looked at their inventory online and knew they didn't have my desired color and options. I am not someone to make a quick decision or be influenced by anyone, but Dee and Assistant New Car Manager James Buckner found a car that was close to what I wanted (and in stock) and made me a deal that I could not refuse. Dee was very professional and really showed his commitment to customer satisfaction as he remained calm and caring when I was very apprehensive about pulling the trigger on a sale that I hadn't expected to happen that day. He allowed me take my time to weigh everything so I could ensure that I was making a fully informed decision without feeling like they were putting any pressure on me. They saved me a ton of headache and a ton of money. From the time Dee greeted us, through finishing up with Finance Manager Jesse Sprague, every single person was friendly and did a great job making us comfortable. The entire process was smooth and Dee even stayed after closing to show me some of the features and help me get everything set up with my phone for the drive home. While Dee was helping me after everything was done, (after closing time) my husband found that one of the plastic clips holding the lid for the fuse box was broken off. Dee went and got James who came right out and said he would get with the service department on Monday and they would make it right. This is my first new car and I normally absolutely hate going to dealerships but this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. If you are looking for a car and a team that makes you feel cared about, go see Dee Crenshaw and the whole team at Subaru. I cannot recommend...
Read moreAfter an incredibly suspicious experience with another dealership in town a year ago, I found myself in need of a vehicle once again. I decided to come see if this would be a different experience and save the trip out of town. KAI ZITO and new employee STEVE (I regrettably missed his last name) were above and beyond salesmen. Kai answered every single question I threw at him with ease and confident knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at. It was not a Subaru, but he was equally educated on the vehicle I was buying but also allowed me to look at others I had been looking at, although they were out of my budget and I wouldn't be purchasing, just because it answered some other curiosities I had. I had to leave early to go pick up my son, and they worked with me incredibly quickly (an hour) so I could leave with the vehicle that day. MASSIVE shout out to Kera for hand-typing the paperwork as fast as she could with the system they typically use being down - loved her contagious upbeat energy. They returned my rental car for me which was just the icing on the cake. As someone who refuses to buy a brand new make vehicle, it was a more pleasant experience to buy in the beautiful new Subaru building than being stuffed in the very obvious "not a new vehicle so not rolling out the red carpet" treatment from some other lots across town. This experience is why I would convince anyone I can into coming to WYATT JOHNSON SUBARU. Steve was also easy to talk to as we related on our military backgrounds - everyone was so approachable and easy to talk to, and no one there was pushy by any means. Overall probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hands down, this is the location to go to! If not the location, go to this location, and have them get the car you want to look at. They can sell at any lot (from my understanding), these are the people I would choose to work with over...
Read moreI have given this dealership many opportunities to rectify their mistakes. They have not made any progress or attempts to reach out to me to fix the problems with a used vehicle that I purchased from them around June 2025. I live in California and I had the vehicle shipped to me from their dealership. I purchased a used 2021 Tundra with around 11.5k miles which appeared to be in great condition the way how this dealership portrayed it to be. The day I received this vehicle I was shocked to notice multiple dents and scratches on this vehicle. This was never disclosed to me prior to purchase. The salesperson and/or dealership neglected to tell me any and all of these issues. The BOL from the shipping company clearly shows pictures of the vehicle damages which was already present at pickup from dealership. This was explained to the salesperson and he said he will let his manager know about this issue and see what they can do to remedy this problem. Days, weeks and months went by with no follow up and/or response. No communication from the dealership at all. On top of all this, the dealership never provided any of my signed copies of our paper work. Till this day, I have been requesting for copies of my signed paper work and I still don’t have it yet. I also provided quotes from two auto body shop that gave estimates on cost of repairs which was sent to the salesperson and dealership. They denied the repair cost which was upwards of $5-6k. Wyatt Johnson Subaru is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. This is unacceptable and not the right way to do business with customers. I would rate my experience with this establishment as ZERO out of Five Stars if I could. They deceived me, lack of transparency, withheld information about my vehicle, poor communication, lack of accountability and responsibility for their mistakes. AVOID THIS...
