Furniture Connection — Hotel in Clarksville

*Today June 19th 2025, Ben, The technician came out to replace the motor in my power recliner. He is very kind and courteous and polite and that's what I call great customer service. He installed the motor in a matter of 10 minutes and my chair is working once again. I called him my hero because he saved the day by fixing my recline. I am stricken with arthritis in both knees and I need that recliner and I am so grateful now that it is back in perfect working order! Thank you Ben, so much for your excellent customer service, keeping the appointment within the time frame and repairing my chair in just a matter of minutes. I am truly thankful and grateful for your help.

I went to Furniture Connections looking for a pair of comfortable chairs for a work office that will have heavy use. The requirement was genuine comfort. The person who helped me truly understood what I needed and by thinking “outside the box”, she located the perfect chairs at the perfect price. Julia also held them after the purchase and arranged deliver / set-up for when the new business office will be ready in a few weeks. I then called back a few days later and asked for help for side tables for that office. Again, Julia rocked it! She found small tables that were the correct height, style and price point AND added it to the existing plan so that all furniture would be delivered at the same time. She did the research for the tables and sent me pics with specs and helped me decide. Julia helped with setting up the online purchase. I didn’t even have to go back to the store. Julia, Thank you thank you thank you for ALL of your help! You made everything so easy and you were so sweet and wonderful! I absolutely had a great experience! Kemy was great. Very professional, honest, and slow to speak. He listened so well, he remembered everything I said. He makes you feel so comfortable that it was easy to stay in the store and slowly figure out exactly what you want. One thing that stood out that would make me recommend him, is you could tell he loved his job and wanted to be at work. As a customer that is someone that deserves so much appreciation. Can’t forget Jenn, The last day I came in and ordered my furniture she was side-by-side with Kemy. She had a warming smile that was slow to speak and an attitude that you would want to be around. She really made me feel like I was making the right decision. After hearing my story and showing pictures to her, she was more excited than I was.
