I placed an online order at this BK and went to pick it up. I waited 8 mins for someone to talk to my at the speaker before getting asked about my order. In total, I waited 33 minutes from start to finish before I got my food in hand. They asked me three times to tell them what my order was, tried to hand me other food items that I didn’t order twice, and then my food was incorrect. They never gave me straws, napkins, or sauces. I went inside to ask for my money back and was told to talk to customer service on the app (this is fine, that’s protocol). They were not apologetic or concerned and I spent 5+ mins waiting for them to come talk to me inside as well. My order was completely wrong and not made to my specifications—one of which was to have extra pickles on everything. I asked to at least have some pickles and they claimed they were out—is that not something you’d tell me when you see that I ordered pickles? My milkshake wasn’t shaken enough and the chocolate is all at the bottom and they didn’t put Oreo in it. My order is wrong, my food is cold, my drinks have no straws, and my milkshake has melted. I just wanted a decent meal after running a marathon today, is that so much to ask? Will not be going back to this location....
Read moreIf I could give this location a 0 star rating I would. My husband and I were toping to eat and stretch after a long 8 drive and still had 3 hours to go. We ordered nothing extravagant. I got a whopper with cheese no tomatoe, he got 2 honey mustard wraps and 2 Philly wraps. The wait was almost 30 mins, and there was only 1 other person in front of us! The girls at the counter were rude. When my husband came in and sat down while he was waiting for me she looked at him and asked him so very rudely "What are you doing here? You gonna order or just sit there?". She's lucky he is a kind person and didn't snap back. After we waited just under 30 mins my whopper was cold and incorrect. They gave us only 2 wraps when I asked she said "We didn't have any onions and peppers so we couldn't make it." So they weren't gonna give me what I paid for. I did get them to replace them. They also only had one cook in the back and he was busting his butt working hard while these girls stood there on their phones. It was very annoying. I understand that they're teenagers, but they still need to learn that if you have a job, do it. Fast food can be stressful, but it wasn't busy at all. Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and one small soda. Female employee on the speaker went along w/order and let me know there would be a wait for the lunch items. I paid, no receipt or repeat of my order. Employee seemed to know how to do her job, I should have verified that I now see. I was pulled up and received my order a while later. Got home, missing a fry. Called and was told I was only charged for one by the man who identified themselves as Mathew the manager when I called the store. He said there is nothing for him to resolve because I was charged for one fry. I explained that I ordered two, his employees did not verify my order nor give me a receipt. I could have paid while I was waiting for my order. He lacked any understanding that his employees are responsible for doing what they clocked in to do. His leadership and lack of responsibility shows why his employees are dropping the ball literally every time myself or people I know come to this location.
