Wendy's — Restaurant in Clarksville

I'm truly not sure how this location has a 4 star rating. I've just had the worst experience in the drive thru. The young lady taking the order was extremely rude she was speaking really fast and wouldn't even wait for me to finish my order without interrupting me with a question, I asked her to repeat what she said and she literally said... DO YOU WANT BBQ SAUCE. she said it really slow and dragged her words as if I didn't understand english. When I reached the window I asked for the manager only to find she was the manager, I explained to her that her behavior was completely unnecessary and extremely rude. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager, I then asked for the name of her manager so that I can make a formal complaint... she then, explained to me that I need to understand that she only have 3 ppl working and that she have a lot going on. I processed to let her know all she simply had to say was I'm sorry, it wasn't my intentions... She literally walked off in the middle of what I was saying rolling her eyes. I asked one of the other associates for her name so that I could make a formal complaint and she refused to give it to me, she closed the window. Then from the back of the store as many as 7 possibly 8 different ppl appeared and another person came an stated he was the manager. While all this was going on there was rap music playing LOUD, so loud that one of the other associates had to ask for them to turn it down. It seems like a big party of do what you wanna was going on in there. I'm not sure if the owner reads these reviews but this was truly an horrible experience, and because of it I will no longer visit this store. I honestly wished I could leave a review with out stars. Because they do not deserve a star period. I am normally not on this side of town. However, I got hungry at 10:54 p.m. We pulled up to the drive-thru only to be greeted by a very rude young lady. Once we were able to tell her our three orders she said pull to the window. She tried to give us too many drinks. When we tried to be honest and say we only ordered three which one is Dr pepper she said I don't know. She took the 4th drink back and slammed it into the trash. Her actions were so bad I pulled out my phone to record. Once we got our food we pulled into a parking spot to only find cold burgers. So cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I took a drink of what should have been SWEET TEA to find out its UNSWEET. So I walked inside the lobby to be yelled at not once not twice but 5 times saying the lobby was closed how did she get in there? When I was approached by one lady I said I just want sweet tea this is unsweet. She asked if I wanted sugar packets I said no. She then said what else do you want instead. So if you knew you didn't have sweet tea then why didn't you say something? The manager was rude and yelled at me. The other girls working were yelling and being rude. It's very unprofessional for the way they acted. I do not know how any of them have a job let alone working in Sango a very nice area of Clarksville. This is the worst service. I would advise you not to go to this Wendy. I've never seen grown adults rolls their eyes and act like a 5-year-old and had no problem doing that in front...

I was reminded why I don't go to this Wendy's tonight. When I placed my order, 2 Jr cheeseburgers, a cheeseburger deluxe and a strawberry lemonade. The order was repeated back to me with everything I order. When I got the the window they took my money then handed me a bag. When I just sat there waiting for my drink the young man just looked at me. I stated that I order a strawberry drink. He look and said you had the 2 jr cheeseburgers and a deluxe correct. I said yes and a drink. He then proceeded to say you were not charged for one and just looked at me with the manager right next to him. Yet I could see a drink sitting on the counter red in color that the manager just moved away from the window were it was sitting for the next order. Needless to say i left with no drink. Everytime i have stopped there with the exception of once my order was either missing something or bacon was not put on my bacon cheeseburgers. They can not seem to get an order correct. This place will never get another penny out of me again. If I could give it 0 stars that is what...
