This hyped up place seems to be fun and pleasant , but that was all but the truth when i placed a delivery on a Monday afternoon !
I had never placed an order from this place , since i never knew it had a delivery service . So I called and asked if they deliver and they said they do so i told them that i would look at the menu and then call back and as i called and i was put on hold for a time of 5 or so min's then the guy came back and seems as if i was some annoying pain in the neck ! then with every question i asked the the more it seem to bother him that i had him on the phone ! then when i told him that i had a credit card he seemed as if it was so much for him to get my card info ! I was a little offended by the way i was talked to , but i over looked that for a moment or two but then it came to the point ,that i was regretting the fact that i was even ordering from this place !!! I'm not sure why the people in the place was being treated better then i was ,since he was saying good bye to people as they were leaving while on the phone with me !
But then when the order was over , i was informed that on a Monday afternoon it would be an hour wait before i would have my food ! So i placed my order and i am now sitting and waiting lets see how long it will take and see if the food is at least up to the hype since this place has a 41/2 star rating I'm hoping the food is where those stars come from ! but we will see ..........,
time from call to door was 35 min's , way off from an hour ( good job guy's !)
Burger ,not bad but for $7 i would think it would be a little bigger and not so messy ! O-rings, seemed a mix between mushy and over cooked ! Eggroll's , were among some of the best i have ever had they were great taste and very filling ! the eggroll's are the saving point for me on this review .
All in all , the food is great but just a few net picks on my end . i have to say the ppl skills were something that need help but the...
Read moreI’ve eaten here 3-5 times. Most of the time, the food is pretty good. Sandwiches are tasty, fries/sides are good and seasoned. This pervious time, however, might be the point that I stop coming. We come in like before, me and my two friends, seat ourselves as usual. The atmosphere is how it always is like in other reviews, not bad. Then we order our drinks, and an appetizer. Wouldn’t have been too bad if we weren’t asked literally the second we sat down so we could look at the menu for more than a split second, but fine. We get a few minutes, order our food, she takes the menus. Our waitress doesn’t write anything down, but that also is fine—some people have good memories. She comes back after a bit to ask us if she got our orders right, naming them off. She got two of three correct, my friend corrects her, she repeats it back. We wait a good while, at least half an hour. That wouldn’t be too bad if it wasn’t for the fact there was ONE other customer in the building. When we get our food, the same friend as before’s order is wrong. She gets up to get it corrected. My other friend’s food has almost completely BLACK onion rings (a similar problem on my other’s friend’s wrong order). Her sandwich tasted a bit dull as well, unlike the other times she’s come. My food (chose a buffalo chicken quesadilla) is extremely dry, does not come with the condiment it is supposed to, and the fries are unseasoned. I don’t bother to make a huge fuss because I’m over it at this point, and they’re already correcting my friend’s order. We were intending to split the bill, but we not asked, barely attended to besides someone other than our waitress bringing my friends drink refills. The same man comes with the bill all together. Whatever, we just want to leave at this point. I really wish I took pictures of the food. Mostly so you guys could see just how horribly they cooked the onion rings and STILL sent it out. Completely ruined my trust with this...
Read moreWe’ve been eating here for little over 6 or 7 years now. What REALLY makes this place special, are the people.
During the 2019-2020 “lock downs.” My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Everywhere was closed, and no dining allowed. I set up the dining hall of our church (where I also worked as the Facility Technician) to look like a restaurant (while the church was closed). I set up a “reserved” table, fake movie theatre, the works. I informed my wife I had to run up to the church to check on something. I previously called WGS and asked if they could deliver our favorite meals to the church. They informed me of when they’ll be there and showed up on the dot. I had my wife distracted doing something. And snuck the food into the “restaurant” area. Setting the table up. Not only did they work with me through tons of changes, details, and hardships of the current global situation. They went above and beyond. Making it one of our most memorable anniversaries yet.
The food is always amazing. The restaurant is such a fun and inviting place. There’s games, pool, air hockey, great people, great music, and so much more. Everything is priced far better than you’d expect. As in the food is worth more than what they charge. All around, we will always be back.
The chicken buffalo wrap is...
