These workers have the worst attitudes! They are VERY rude and unprofessional-especially KAMIYAH!! I think she is the ring leader. KAMIYAH has the worst attitude and she is very disrespectful, and I wonder if her co-workers try to mock her because it seems to be several crewmembers. My dining experience is ruined every time KAMIYAH is on the clock. After taking your order (only because they have to speak then)...they take your money...give you your order (finally) all without saying another word. No thanks, no have a nice day-NOT ANOTHER WORD! This has been my experience for a while now. I thought before is was because she may be having a bad day, but is that's the case, EVERYDAY is a bad day for her, because she is ALWAYS like this-I couldn't go another minute without expressing my frustration with these KAMIYAH and these KIDS! I am 60 y.o. and I believe in being courteous and friendly to people, especially customers-She and her crew are none of that. Why would a billionaire franchise hire this type people to represent them? They should be monitored more closely than to make sure they clock in for their shift.    Read moreI love chicken wings and I also love the fact that there is a Zaxby's located less than 2 miles from me, however, I hate that you can give them a full order, they repeat it back, and it is still wrong when you get your food! I also dislike that now after about 6 times of getting a simple order of extra crispy everything, even breaking it down to the point of saying fry 4 minutes longer and make the fries basically potato chip sticks and they still give you soggy fries and soft chicken! I stop going through tbe drive through tbinking this would help and guess what? They had me all happy because I waited for ever only to get a wrong order then they took it back and gave me the same one again thinking I wouldn't notice! They put small portion of fries and 2 toast. So I drove back to get it âre-madeâ and requested that I keep the messed up order for myself for their errors.
