I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only is the service terribly slow and unorganized. Even after they mess your order up they blame it on being under staffed and to many orders instead of just apologizing. For being a bagel shop you should be better prepared on a Sunday morning. When I ordered on the phone for pick up. They told me 10 min. I showed up 15 min after i called, I then stood there for 25 more minutes. With no explanation except were busy. Well then why did you tell me 10 min in the first place. So my conclusion is that of the 6 times I've visited 5 times my order was wrong in many ways. I would recommend einstein bagels or brueggers bagels. I would even recommend McDonalds breakfast sandwich over...

I was at the Clawson store at 6:55 AM. They didn’t open the door until 7:07. I ordered a bagel with butter and they rang it up as toasted. I said I didn’t want it toasted. They took about 5 minutes to open the cash register. Pretty unorganized. The bagel was good

The owner reached out to make it right which I give them credit for doing. I don’t want compensation. What I want is for a business that I went out of my way to visit would open on time and the person who took my order to pay a little more attention to what I said.

It would also be good if they knew how to unlock the cash register. I know it’s hard to find help but that is no excuse for not training the employees...

Just waited 40 minutes and walked out with neither a refund or my order of a single breakfast sandwich. I walked in and placed an order but it was entered incorrectly, which I found out after I asked for an update when someone who came in 20 minutes after me got theirs. Apparently refunds happen at the end of the day and not in real time. The cashier was nice but the manager was sitting in the office doing who knows what during a clear rush; he couldn’t come out to help the staff?
