I was a Doordash and I’ve been to this establishment many times for orders. And I have some ridiculous situations that happened to me. I tried to go into the restaurant and pick up the order, but they said I had to go through the drive-through. And then when I confirm it through the microphone and the second window to get the order, I had another order that popped up and I showed them the second order and they told me to turn around and go to the Microphone, and tell them that. Which I didn’t understand of why I need to go around again, even though I was at the window A really rude young lady was telling me about the system, and I tried to ask her of how that make any sense, and she just shut the window in front of my face and walked away. Back in 2021 I was picking up an order and they were taking 30 minutes in line on the microphone without saying anything and when I just pull up to the window to give my info order they said that I had to go back To the microphone and say what I have. The whole microphone system to get deliveries is not really a great system. Every other fast food industry would just be OK to go up to the window and grab the order or go inside and grab the order. They’re nice to customers, but they’re not nice to food...

I order the Crunchtada on almost every visit, as it is in my favs list. I've never been asked (until today) if I'd like to add ground beef or sour cream. It's good to know I could if I wanted to. Crunchy tacos are full of ingredientes listed. Unlike Taco Bell which always has very little cheese, unripe tomatoes and no lettuce. Del tacos are packed full of all those things. I get the lil tacos off value menu but Tues I get the 2for$3 regular size tacos. I do like that the bean burritos do not have onions in them. Again Taco Bell adds red sauce that already has the onions in it. I add my own sauce and reclose it. The Cheesy nacho is good for what it is. Again, better than Taco Bell where they give you a 2oz cup of cheese that's gone in 5 chips w chips left over and now no cheese. I made a bet w my daughter's...I bought 2 crunchy tacos from both Taco Bell and Del Taco. Thier conclusión... the beef inside the TB was greasy as it dripped down our arms while eating it. There was very little lettuce, tomatoe and cheese. Also, later you do not get indigestión from Del Taco. Test it yourself! I will take pictures next time as we plan on another -vs- w...
