Subway — Restaurant in Clay Township

We placed many online menu and party orders at this Subway. Seriously reconsidering! Placed an online order at 11 am for 6 pm pick up. Finally left the restaurant with my order at 7:08 pm. While the 2 workers were in the process of making my sandwiches, 1 worker went to the back for more supplies. When he came front, he had trash stuck to his shoe. He removed the trash with his gloved hands, wadded it up and tossed it in the trash. Then he intended to continue to make my sandwiches. I asked him to change gloves please. My salads were setting right beside the handwash sink, getting splattered with overspray from washing hands. At 6:50 (closing time is 8 pm) the worker placed a temporary sign on the door, "Sorry We Are Closed". He turned away the customer that had walked up to the door while he was taping up his sign. Worst subway I have ever been to. I had to correct the girl 4 times before my sub was in the oven. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch 6inch on herb and cheese toasted with amarican cheese. She had my sub half way in the oven with no bacon. They also burned six trays of bread in the oven and dropped a whole tray on the floor while emptying the oven. The credit card machine didn't work...

The food was ok. The ladies are allowed to have fake nails, jewelry and nail polish here. That is a food safety violation, it's gross. Management needs to address this issue. I am serve safe certified, I scored a 94% which is not easy, especially when a 70% is passing. Nails and jewelry are big no no's for food safety standards. I'm seeing it more and more...
