First time placing an online order and I accidently made it for the wrong location. I didn't realize there was an Ephrata and Brownstown location since I work off the Brownstown exit but have an Ephrata address. I didn't realize until I got there to pick up. The Brownstown location was so nice about it and made me my wrap quickly. They said I could call and cancel at the other location. Unfortunately the Ephrata location was completely rude about it. They wouldn't refund me since it was already made and said it was my fault because the website said Ephrata. I get that but it was an honest mistake. Maybe if I had ordered a lot of food I would understand but it was a wrap and fries so you didn't have to be rude about it. Like I tell my children, accidents happen. So thank you for making it easy to choose and recommend the Brownstown location over yours.
UPDATE- When I was told I could call and cancel at your location I did exactly that while I waited for my food because it was already paid for and I wanted to explain myself. You DID NOT CALL ME and IT HAD NOT BEEN OVER AN HOUR and I APOLOGIZED FOR MY ERROR over the phone. I understand trying to defend yourself but please don't lie. Unless you're confusing me with another customer since apparently this happens a lot from what the Brownstone...
Read moreWhile on a trip to the Ephrata area from N.J., which is over 3 hours away, we were leaving to go back home late in the evening. Not having anything to eat since early morning, we decided to get a pizza. In doing the search for nearby pizza restaurants, we came across Two Cousins Pizza that was given hi reviews. We ordered a Sicilian pie at their closing time & asked if it would be O.K. to eat it in their parking lot, which they agreed to. Arriving after the closing time, our pie was waiting for us & was still hot. This pie was by far the best Sicilian pie I have eaten. It was covered with an overly generous amount of mozzarella cheese, its tomato sauce was expertly seasoned, well flavored and not acidly. The bread was not like any other we have had anywhere and reminded me of my grand mother's bread which she used to bake at home. I would like to thank the owner & his wife for their hospitality and the world's best Sicilian pie. If I'm ever near Ephrata again, I will gladly go out of the way to come to this restaurant, as I'm sure everything on their menu are five stars. The only regret that I have, is that I should have gotten another Sicilian pie or two...
Read moreI had called on a Saturday evening placed a delivery order. The date was Saturday, January 13 and I called at 5:45 PM. The person I spoke to on the phone took my order and my card number. I then got another call from the manager that evening and asked for the three numbers on the back of my card. She then gave us 12 garlic knots for free due to the Miscommunication from the person who took my order. I was told my delivery would be at my house within 35 minutes. I then called at 6:50pm wondering where my order was and they said it would be delivered within 10 minutes. My order did not show up to my house until 715 that night. I had ordered a Sicilian half pepperoni, half cheese, a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and a large french fry. I did not get the pepperoni pizza, the fries were cold and soggy, and the Sicilian pizza was at room temperature. It also took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered at my house. I had tried calling And did not get any answer from the restaurant. I was charged for those 3 items only receiving 2. And I was not given a receipt when it was...
