Rude and hateful kitchen staff.Sub Par food. To preface this we ordered Giovanni's on door dash due to family in town and the ease of it. When it was delivered we discovered we were missing a whole Spaghetti Ziti & all 4 side salads. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered was very kind and had them remake it so we could pick it up. My dad went in to get the rest of the food (this was slightly inconveniencing due to eating late and not with the rest of the family) When he came back he told us that he had heard the cook talking very loudly about he had "Set the food on the counter so we got it" (we in fact did not) On top of that he also raised his voice loudly exclaiming, "I cant believe they'd come back for that food, how stupid are they!" I'm sorry, were we not supposed to get our food that YOU forgot? On top of that, the food wasn't good AT ALL. My chicken piccata smelled and tasted odd, like it just wasn't right, especially the chicken. The Spaghetti ziti had hardly any sauce. The only good thing was the bread and tortellini Alfredo.

After spending almost $70 total after delivery? We will not be back as it used to be our favorite italian spot in cleburne. Edit to add: They gave us the wrong dressing for our salads...after they forgot them...after we asked for...

Not one to complain but I work in the Restaurant Industry, and have for 30 years. You must be Consistant to keep your Restaurant up and Running. With that being said Giovannis was our go to for Italian food always Hot Fresh and Delicious. It's obviously under New Management it was a Circus when we went tonight Run by Kids that have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. They were hanging up on people that were calling in orders and saying it was Grub Hub or Door Dash. I laughed because it happened to us when I called in our order. The Food was ok Chicken on the Alfredo seemed like day old dry Chicken and the other was ok. On the other hand we Love getting your Home made Bread and tonight we got Rock Hard I guess Bread sticks wasn't even the Bread yall normally have. Very Disappointed being one of Two Italian Places in Cleburne Pasta Finas is looking Great for our next Italian outing. I hope the Owners start paying Attention to what's going on in their Restaurant because it won't last if...
