Whataburger — Restaurant in Cleburne

Twice now the burgers and fries were cold. I understand being short staffed, I understand long lines in the drive thru due to the inside being closed. And I understand that sometimes another patron is taking a long time at the pick up. But I don't understand why they don't advertise cold burgers and fries if that's what they are selling. I like cold Whataburgers, I don't like cold fries, they go straight into the trash. The lady at the window apologized profusely, it's not her fault. The pre-cooking and assembly of the burgers and the manager not checking to make sure that the hot food is hot is at fault. A certain level of quality is expected, that's what I'm paying for, that's why I go to Whataburger. I don't want an apology, I don't want something for free on this visit or the next visit. BAD, BAD,BAD, MOST OF THERE REVIEWS ARE JUST HORRIBLE, THEY WERE NOT BUSY, BUT I WATCHED THEM GIVE MY FOOD TO THE GUY IN FRONT OF ME AT THE DRIVE THRU, THEN HE GAVE IT BACK, SO NOW SOME STRANGERS HANDS HAVE BEEN ON MY FOOD, AND MY BAGS, MY FOOD WAS COLD, WHOEVER MADE MY FOOD DID A POOR JOB, LIKE HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT THE MEAT ON THE BUN INSTEAD OF HALF WAY OFF, WITH SLOP ALL OVER THE SIDES, ORDERED ONION RINGS DIDN'T EVEN FILL UP THE CONTAINER, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO IT, MAYBE THE GUY IN FRONT OF ME ATE A FEW BEFORE HANDING MY BAG BACK, CHANCES ARE THE OTHER WHATABURGER IN CLEBURNE IS THE SAME OWNERS, SO I WILL NOT EAT AT EITHER ONE EVER AGAIN, I WILL GO OUT OF TOWN IF I WANT WHATABURGER IF I EAT THERE AGAIN POOR QUALITY, POORLY MADE, POOR EVERYTHING, I DON'T CARE IF IT'S A BURGER JOINT OR NOT, TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR JOB...

They blow The Hamburger King out of the water with their “have it your way” game. I asked if they had the buffalo ranch chicken strip sammich going right now and they said, no but we can make you one, they even made it on Texas toast upon request!! The food was perfect as well, not just thrown together with little to no care taken. Stacked nicely with a good amount of sauce, fries were hot and full and the Dr. Pepper syrup/co2 ratio tasted spot on and correct amount of ice. About the only negative thing I can say is that the drive through exit dumps you right onto a busy boulevard so you can’t double back into the parking lot but that’s in no way y’all’s fault so 5 stars all the way!!
