Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Cleburne

Man behind he pizza order station was very rude, asked me "What?" I asked him "are you the manager?" And he responds with "No i dont work here, i just come in to help sometimes." Instead of myself filling the form out, he tries to. Then proceeds to leave my ticket on the counter to go to another area. A pizza then fell off the belt into the trash. FELL INTO THE TRASH. 45 minutes later still no pizza, i look over to see my mother talking to this man. I go up and he icks up a slice of pizza and puts a filled out form undrr the food. It was my pizza... but after seeing him not only touch the pizza after he has touched his hair, he tells my mother that this is my pizza. I told him i wasnt eating food that has been touched by his bare hands and putting that form under it. When we asked him for the manager he said he wasn't here. THEN the manager walked up. As we're speaking to him! After its all done... a employee shows this "non-employee" how to do a refund. Asked for the managers name, Paul, wouldn't give us his last name for complaint. Cicis complaint form online won't even load the whole page. After this we asked for the other guys name, says his is Brian pierce, and now he says he does work here. That he is a manager from another store. Ok.... so why are you being trained how to refund? Why are you contaminating food? Why are you asking customers so rudely...

This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before.

Update May 10, 2022

It's been a while since we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici's we have always enjoyed is how when you walk in, someone always says "welcome to Cici's!" We didn't get that and it wasn't busy.

There was a completely new staff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough.

The price for 2 seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00...again understandable with inflation and such.

I think the biggest disappointment came from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ, alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won't eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks into was cold. Whatever happened to making just plain 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas?

When I saw what my choices were, I ordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroom pizza. My salad was fresh as well.

out of the 3 people working when i went in 2 older females and 1 male 2 of the females wouldn't stop staring at me and my boyfriend (mind you we are the only white people in the resturant at the time the rest mexican) i bought him a lunch buffet because he hadn't eaten yet that day and since i left the register all the way until we sat down and the whole time we were eating their eyes hardly ever left us but we sit and he tries to eat and as he usually does he gives me small bites here and there of his food for me to try just the kind of guy he is and the cashier very rudely came up to us telling me if i'm hungry and want to eat i need to pay but i wasn't trying to eat my boyfriend was just giving me small bites to try and when we stayed that she said no if she's gonna eat food she needs to pay you can give her bites of your food and threatened ti call the cops on us i think it was very unprofessional and rude to interrupt us over small little taste test bites of food. the place was dirty the pizzas weren't really that good and pretty cold all round a horrible experience had to leave before he even got to finish eating because of how rude she was being and threatening to...
