Worst exhibitation of management I’ve ever witnessed. Employees call in on a daily basis leading to extremely understaffed shifts. Managers call in as well, don’t show up entirely, come late, and leave early. Multiple times store has been forced to open an hour later than business hours from cooks or front of house not showing up. Training is virtually nonexistent. One new hire had both the manager and assistant manager leave for “emergency” reasons on her first day on a Friday night. This left her and the drive thru worker alone to handle the store for the remaining hours of business. Unfortunately, the better you do at your job, the more they shove off on you. Several employees get left alone when managers want to leave. They get to be the “PIC” however they have no training or ability to make decisions leading to poor customer service. When I first started, I enjoyed my job and many of the people I worked with. However, it quickly changed. There is rampant infighting, bad mouthing, harassment, and some drug use. Managers talk to employees about each other, leading to confusion and frustration. They over schedule many employees leading to 60+ hour work weeks while managers barely hit 40. favorites get their ideal schedule while the some others have to work the remaining shifts “to get your hours.” The time cards won’t reflect this though because they’re edited to show differently even though the managers were never even there at the times it says they are. Inability to correctly order food and supplies leads to high waste or shortages which then managers blame each other for. Most people here are just burnt out and don’t care. I highly don’t recommend working here. They brag about high pay, but ten dollars an hour isn’t worth it. If you have any self esteem this place will be sure to strip you of it. Managers personal agenda gets prioritized over the best interest of employees or the store. They can’t afford to fire anyone so they accept anything, but threaten with write ups, loss of hours, and firing. In addition, you’re not “allowed” to go to people above. Several occasions, told to several employees, we were made aware that in no case was it necessary to ever contact the regional manager. All complaints were to be handled in store, meaning they didn’t get handled. It’s unfortunate, because aesthetically the store was neat and modern, kept clean (by the select few that cared) and had great potential. I’m writing this review to 1) warn anyone considering working here 2) hope that it will be seen by all management and initiate a change and 3) help people realize that it doesn’t matter how much one person cares about a business, if there’s not good management, it...
Read moreI’ve dealt with the occasional forgotten item at this location before, no big deal! But tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Cleburne Panda Express. I put in an order at the drive through and was asked to pull around because one of the items we ordered needed to be cooked. Told about 10 minutes (totally fine with this, it’s about 7pm and dinner rush is here). They brought our food out about 18 minutes later and gave it to the wrong car. After the employee brought out another order and gave it to another car, I went in with my receipt and told them that we’ve been waiting. This is when we are told she gave our food to the wrong people. Okay whatever, she offers to remake it and I say yes. I wait a few minutes for my order and I leave. I get home and start getting the food out and one of my plates only has the sides, no meat. I drive back and go inside and tell them what has happened. One very sweet employee apologizes and tells me that fresh chicken will be ready in a moment. I agree to wait and tell her it’s okay. This is when the best part happens. ANOTHER employee looks at me and asks if I had the messed up order. I say “no, I’m the one who’s order was given to the wrong person and then my order was messed up” which she then tells me... the person who received my original order had come back and brought my order back. She then gave me my original (now cold) meal for free. That food had left the establishment and has now been brought back in, then given to me as some sort of apology. I’ve worked in food for many years and it’s almost like they tried to have good customer service but then couldn’t make it happen. No refund, no fresh food made, just an apology and my cold food that left the building in another...
Read moreOn 12-5-2020 We place an order on the drive through at 4:49 pm, At the window we got or drinks and The employee asked me to pullover to the parking lot to wait for the rest of the food , About 15 minutes later One employee came out And ask me if we order bunch of plates? I told him my order He said is coming out in a minute, And walked away, I waited for another 20 minutes, I decide to make a phone call To the restaurant, A employee took my call, I explained to him the situation, he asked me what car I was driving, I told him I can give you my order number so you can look it up, he said it’s easier if you told me you order again, I told him the order again, he said he’ll send it right out. It took them another 20 minutes to bring the order out, the order was not correct, I paid for extra sides ,I did not get them. I think they can do better than that. , my total Visit was about one hour from the time I place my order to the time I got my order ,they didn’t apologize or anything ,this is not the right way to do business, as a business owner I recommend to keep an eye on the little things . after the situation somebody drives away with extra plates and I was stuck there for one hour, poor customer service. Manager on duty ( chandler ) General...
