I’ve never had any problems using this to order my food. I absolutely love the option to add “special instructions for driver” because of my Apt being a basement efficiency apt of a very large house. This way there’s no guessing about exactly WHO it was (from in the house) that ordered food & it saves me + my housemates from having to text each person, just to see who’s food is being delivered, lol! I’m sure it sounds crazy but that’s what we usually have to do since the delivery person will ring the doorbell at the main entrance (it is the logical choice but...) when there’s actually 3 doors. Of course, if you don’t know... then you wouldn’t, so the “instructions” option rocks! Besides that the pizza, stuffed cheesey bread, or whatever I happened to be in the mood for... is always nice & hot because it’s always on time (if not earlier than expected)! I really think that using the online ordering website/App makes a big difference in the time it takes to make then deliver an order because it cuts out all the distractions that could occur when you’re on the phone talking (+ you don’t sound like a “Navy Seal” when giving a card number or address because it’s hard to hear what is being said (B as in bravo, or 6 as in 6-pack, thankfully those days are over since being able to put the info in yourself!). The drivers are always super friendly & always make it as easy as possible to enjoy the personal treat I’ve allowed myself (even during this crazy pandemic!). I seriously wouldn’t doubt if it isn’t because there’s less confusion regarding someone’s order so there's less of a chance for having a customer be upset and take it out on the driver (who probably had nothing to do with it in the first place!) Read moreI truly feel bad for those working at this establishment. Because issues with the app, I created two separate orders as a work around for the issue. One order with a single pizza and the second order with 5 items in it. 4/23/2020 After arriving and paid for BOTH orders, I recieve only the second order's items. I politely stated that I am missing a pizza (the one from the first order) and the cashier there acknowledged my issue and began looking for the missing pizza. Few seconds later another employee, whom I am assuming is the manager, came up, hostile, stating I only have 5 items in more order. I attempt to state that I have 2 separate orders but was interested several times while he continued to recount the items as if I didn't know how to count. Still hostile the entire time. At one point I said that if my second first orde r is not there, I need my money back for that order. He was still on a hostile defensive regarding the issue, ignoring me completely. So I stood there and listen to his outburst until he finally started to back off, which was about the fifth time of counting items that i had. I let him know again that I have 2 separate orders. He then went to the computer to check if there was and then asked the cashier if I had already paid, still hostile the entire time. She stated I did and he walked off after saying, check the other bags. Still completely rude and remaining hostile to the other employees.

Read moreWhoever I just spoke to about this sad excuse of a pizza made me repeat 3 times that the pizza was inedible. My boyfriend orders this pizza all the time and they usually burn it the first time and have to fix it which we never complained about, but this time they sent this mess. After tipping their delivery driver, I called to fix it and they told me it was “highly unlikely” that it was undercooked (probably because they usually burn them) and when I offered to send a picture he replied “I’m good off that”. The solution was for them to make it again but that I would need to come pick it up. This goes against every commercial that I have seen… also my tip to the delivery driver and delivery fee for this was already paid. Don’t waste your money.
