Went through drive thru. Someone told me through the speaker it would be a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes someone else say they were preforming a shift change. After waiting another 5 minutes with cars piling up behind me I asked if they were going to take my order. A woman said that they were preforming a shift change and I asked how long does that take. She said 5-10 minutes and I said it had already been that long. She said "like I said we're performing a shift change." So I decided to leave but when I pulled around there were two cars waiting for food. So I decided to order a salad since I was stuck in line. I told the guy at the first window that I never got to order and he said "you couldn't wait like three more minutes" and didn't offer to take my order. He said they had to count the cash drawer. I said this is a fast food place not a restaurant and that the manager should have put a new cash drawer in and counted the money with the employee who was leaving so she wouldn't waste people's time. Very unorganized and rude. Checked reviews online and the drive thru, quality of food and cleanliness seem to be a problem. Read moreDon't say you "open @6:30am" if you're not going to do your job. Placed a mobile order @9:00am and arrived @9:10am to two other customers in the drive-thru ahead of me. The employee(s) on duty were standing outside doing nothing, one with a headset on. The two ahead of me pulled off, so I pulled up and had another customer arrive behind me. 9:25am hit, and the employee(s) were still standing/sitting outside just talking and laughing while we waited. 9:30am hit and I just decided to cancel my order. This is not my first time with issues at this location. If you're not going to "do your job", then go home and let someone who actually wants to work do it. I don't want to be that person, but seriously... when people have places to be and need fuel to get there, I fully expect to get it. I WILL NOT ever return to this location. If you seriously want Wendy's and can afford the extra 6 minute drive, I recommend going up 2 exits to Bermuda Run at the Advance location. The absolute BEST employees. Food isn't always 100, but the quality of service ALWAYS makes up for it. The Lewisville/Clemmons location needs serious work on who they hire, or just to shut down. Read moreThis is the worst Wendys I've ever have been to. I come here every few weeks since I'm working on this side of town. Since Covid this place takes no less than 15-20 min to get your order at lunch time. There can be maybe 3 people in line and 3 in the drive through and it feels like you're behind 50 people in line. I've walked out of this restaurant at least 4 or 5 times because I was waiting 15 min just to order. The multiple managers are very rude. One guy asked for ranch and the manger rolled her eyes at him and told him "HOLD UP AND WAIT", just lashed at him for no reason. They randomly will lock the inside doors some weeks and you can't get into the restaurant, and your forced into going somewhere else. I truly not trying to be a "Karen". This restaurant TRULY needs new management training on how to treat customers, and learn speed of service. I try to give grace to fast food employees understanding it being a difficult job with attitudes and situations but this is just consistently bad.
