I’ve been to this Burger King twice. The first time, a wonderful lady named Connie helped us out with a complicated order. Food was fine. However, on this second occasion, I was told to wait 5-10 minutes due to a large order. No problem! I simply tell them what I want, assuming I’d simply wait. I was told they would not take my order and I asked if I should come back, and was told “if you want” with a very rude tone. So I circle back after about 10 minutes and place my order. The order was taken wrong. The cashier lady obviously did not take my order, so she is not at fault. The lady who tried to bring my food, Ashley, was an absolute Gem, and attempted to correct the mistake. Then the “gentleman”who took my order and refused to take it the first time and then took it wrong, brought it out, and handed it to me. Then I explained he took the order wrong, and then he said, “nah that’s on you” and abruptly turned and left. I can only describe this man with the untidy appearance as callous and unhelpful. Read moreI work as a doordasher. Upon going to this Burger King they were short-staffed. Telling us at the intercom that they had two people in the store that they couldn't take our order for 8 to 10 minutes. I then told them I had to pick up to orders they told me to pull around and I continued to wait at least 10 minutes. I canceled the DoorDashes because they had eight cars at least waiting for food. In my book if you are that short staffed close the store. I got one more order as my last order of the night and I waited for 20 minutes to get an order I seen sitting on the counter behind a worker. Who was talking to someone over their headset and there was no one in line behind me. They took someone else's items to them in the car next to me and then proceeded to light a cigarette and ask me what I was waiting for. Read moreListen, huge shout out to a Jade (manager), Chevis on sandwiches and working some front counter ordering, and Eric I believe was his name. These 3 were the only ones In the restaurant and while we had to wait a little longer, they rocked it!!! Had the doors open. They Apologized for the delay. Very professional and courteous. This was one of the best visits I've had at this burger king. It's really sad that they had to be by themselves because it's very clear they were way understaffed yet did such a good job. This was not my first time ever going to this store, and they are never staffed. And for only 3 people working... They were extremely busy. It's clear upper management has failed that store. But at least there are some gems in the mix. If you get the chevis he makes a whopper unlike anything you've ever had. It's very clear he cares about his job. This is a good burger king!
