Bojangles — Restaurant in Clemson

Food is good. I visit this location at least 2-3 times per week. However, I will NEVER visit this location ever again after how extremely RUDE and SARCASTIC one of the girls in the drive thru was to me and a friend on our recent visit. Clemson basketball gives away “chicken supreme combo meals for $4.99” coupons on the back of their game tickets. Any other time I’ve NEVER had a problem using these. As soon as we pulled up to the window, she had the most obnoxious and disgusting look on her face, snatching the coupons and out student ID’s with an attitude saying “what’s this”, we explained to her what they were and she proceeded to say we could not use both our ID and the coupon, which we said was fine and told he we’d just use the coupons. She then proceeded with an even bigger attitude stating she could not use two coupons on the same order, which again, we said was fine and told her we could pay separately, my friend and I both took or debit cards out after getting our totals and she proceeded again stating “we cannot use the same card for two different transactions” with an attitude, not realizing we BOTH intended to pay for our OWN order. At this point I could tell she truly did not want to serve us and became a little frustrated so I told her to take my order off since because at this point I was completely disgusted with her attitude towards us. They then gave me my order for free and only charged my friend for hers and as she gave us the food she proceeded to say, “we are SOOOO sorry it was such a hassle for you, we really tried to make it work for you” with OVERWHELMING sarcasm. Even then I continue to say I DO NOT want the food, and she then stated with even more sarcasm “well it’s too late now I can’t do anything with it” and laughed at the sight of how upset my friend and I were as a result of her terrible customer service and rude and sarcastic behavior. And what makes it even worse, is the manager on duty seemed just as rude and careless because not once did he correct her behavior. I have never felt so disrespected by anyone, this same girl ALWAYS finds a way to be rude any time I visit the drive thru, but this time I was SO disgusted with her behavior I didn’t even trust eating the food rhat was “given” to me for the “I convenience” as she and the manager put it so the food went in the garbage! I LOVE Bojangles but will NEVER visit this establishment again. There’s a curly head guy with glasses that’s ALWAYS so nice and amazing and has never given me a problem, he always accepts the coupon, no questions asked even if I’ve used more than 1 on an order, but this girl has ruined chance of me going back here. I’ve been offered free food from corporate but I DO NOT WANT IT. Free food cannot make up for being disrespected so effortlessly by someone who is supposed to provide a positive customer service experience ESPECIALLY to someone who frequents...

I go to bojangles central each Wednesday and order the same thing. 12 pieces of chicken with 6 biscuits and 12 supreme chicken strips with 4 biscuits. This evening was the most exasperating experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive through. No matter how many times I repeated the order they could not ring it up correctly. Even when I repeated it face to face at the drive through window they couldn’t get the order correct. Finally a manager came from the back and took my order. She asked me to drive around to wait at the front. I drove around and waited fifteen minutes. I finally went inside to ask for my food or my money back. Three different women asked some person in the back if they had filled my order. The woman in the back asked if it was for….. and then said a derogatory comment not knowing I was standing there in front of the register. They finally gave me my order but kept my receipt so I wouldn’t be able to do the survey. So that’s why I came to the website. They shorted me 4 biscuits on top of the delay and the insult. I rarely take the time to right reviews and this USE to be my favorite fast food place in Clemson by far. My wife and I would typically enjoy several meals a week from the Clemson location. Unfortunately something has changed significantly over the last few months and the location has turned into a hot mess at best. Wrong orders, cold food, and rude staff have ruined this once stellar location. After 3 strikes I stopped even going to this location several months ago. Tonight my wife decided to give it a shot and went to get a take out order and found the experience completely unacceptable. While waiting at the drive through window she observed unprofessional behavior and heard loud cussing from staff. Our order was cold, incomplete and she returned home baffled by the behavior of who she thought was the manager. Saying "I would have been here sooner had I known I had a beautiful Queen awaiting." Between the cussing, yelling and inappropriate comment she left...... for lack of a better word, Uncomfortable. Hope you can get the wheels back on this location as they have...
