If I could give less than 1 star I would. My brother, 2 sons, and I stopped in Nick and Mike’s today for lunch. When we opened the door the fire alarm sounded. There were no employees there to greet us, but a guy sitting at a table told us he heard that the alarm was being tested and the test would end soon. Eventually a waitress walked over to us to seat us. The shrieking of the alarm continued. One of my party said he didn’t think he could stay inside with the alarm continuing to blare. The waitress heard him and then rapidly asked us what we wanted to drink so she could get it started. It was obvious she knew we were debating whether or not we were going to stay. I guess she thought if we ordered something we would feel obligated to stay. It was lunch time on Friday and we were one of three tables.

We decided the alarm was just too much for us to stay. As we were walking out the waitress turned to the other 3 customers and said, ā€œthey just can’t handle itā€. Since we were not men enough to handle the noise we will never darken the door of this establishment. It will be a goal of mine to discourage everyone I know to never go to...

When we first arrived (Satuday evening around 6'ish) it was pretty dead, which made us a bit nervous eating there. It was full of Clemson sports memorabilia, which was nice, but the space itself is too large and spread out, giving it a more sterile feel. Service was slow, but the staff was very nice. As for the food: Wings: small. We tried lemon pepper, which was okay and garlic parmesan, which was honestly weird and just tasted like powdered parmesan. Ranch: Bad bad bad. Why? It's NOT homemade. For a restaurant like this, with these prices, homemade dressings, especially ranch, need to be homemade. This alone makes me want to not go back. Grilled pork chop: tasty bit a bit on the thin side. Collards: very good Mashed potatoes: good Brown gravy: reminded me of instant cafeteria type gravy Burgers: Good Fries: Good Chicken tenders: not fresh and hand battered. Typical frozen tenders, which was disappointing. Would we go back? Probably not. Was it worth the prices? No, not in...

We've been wanting to try this place and finally got to visit for the first time yesterday, but unfortunately we were not impressed. We ordered wings, which tasted great - but were the tiniest wings I've ever seen. Maybe quail wings? 😁 Also tried the ribs (they forgot to include fries). They came out lukewarm, hardly any flavor, and VERY greasy. While we were one of the very few in the place, food took too long to come out. We won't be going back.

(Edit after receiving the owner response: I wish I took a picture of the wings we were served. These were not regular wings. I have had many different sizes of wings from many places, and these were the smallest I've ever had. Understood that you are trying to run a business, but I'm just sharing the honest truth from our experience. Hopefully you can correct the mistakes so others are not as disappointed...

It is easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking. The food was great. Nice bar. The bartender, Dee Dee, was awesome, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient! The bar list is lengthy. 13 taps including Guinness. Full bar. Clean bathrooms. High top tables with elevated booths. TVs everywhere with all the sports playing. Plenty of space for any type of occasion. The decor is Clemson on top of Clemson all sports, not just football.
