Update: Wednesday Dec 18th 2024 Bre was amazing. I asked if she would keep or make a gift basket for me for Friday and she said she would ensure one is ready. I am planning to get one for my mom for Christmas. The food was excellent, and exceeded my expectations. Sometimes things take a little while to make, but I never minded it as long as I was spoken to or acknowledged while I waited. It makes me feel not forgotten.
People may have bad experiences here, but patience and understanding, soft tones of voice and asking kindly will allow others to give that in return. The employees are human, and may make mistakes, but be specific and they make it right. Especially when I asked for that tippy top bit of coffee to completely fill the cup. After all, every sip counts! 😆
Update: Sunday Dec 1st, 2024 They are busy and working hard this morning. I am impressed by their focus and still keeping cheerful among the chaos of long lines. This business is going to thrive and always keep me coming back. Definitely worth visiting. 🩷
Update: Fri Aug 30th, 2024 Today I came towards the afternoon. I was feeling kind of down, and I wanted an outing that was affordable. With the $6 meal deal, I was able to come out to this Dunkin. Today my coffee was a little watered down, too much ice, not enough coffee. However, the girl was new, so things are bound to happen. Yes their donuts and such were limited because it is the afternoon, but I was thankful they still had coffee rolls! The lady who was making my bagel today was really sweet. The plain ones were still in the oven, and she offered me another bagel. Her approach to it was welcoming and sincere. I received the everything bagel, and it was perhaps by far the most delicious yet. The bacon was crispy and not soggy, and It was very tasty. Thank you Dunkin team for being awesome. 😎
Update: Thurs May 9th, 2024 Speedy but sweet. It was a pleasant experience today. A smile speaks a thousand words unspoken. Believe me when I say it brings joy to my face to see people happy, no matter where they work. This means a lot to me! Thanks for the smiles and thanks for the cheerfulness today!
Update: March 29th. 2024 Please don't argue or scold employees for mistakes in front of customers! Be nice to your employees, because you never know if an I/O Psychologist is watching. Please pull the associate aside out of view and hearing of your customers to relay a correction request.

Yes, I know the service and overall quality of Doukin has never been one to write home about but I still looked forward to at least their subpar fast food service they lived up to. Only this location can’t even live up to that!!
The last 3 times I’ve attempted to be a customer I’ve left swearing I’d never go back yet here I am. The First Time they messed up my order (no dig deal it happens I just expect it to be made right - did they? No!) The Second Time I waited 45 minutes in the drive through line to get to the box to wait another 10 minutes for someone to even say hello to me (only 2 people working and I quote from the worker “they just didn’t like working here anymore so they walked out on us” - no coupon or discount for the wait provided as Curtisy) The Third Time I waited only about 10 minutes (only 2 cars) to get to the box to be reprimanded on the order in which I asked for my items to then be rushed through my order. After getting rushed through my order i pulled up to get the box of donuts I ordered shoved in my face as the lady screamed out my total in demanding voice. I kindly asked she repeat the order to verify it’s correct to then be told when I wasn’t I’m not allowed to add items and I must drive around. I left with a disgusting drink that was not made correctly and half of what I came for.
To the owner you had a chance to make this a beautiful booming Doukin that people would actually rave about. All you need is to train your staff to have fun at work so they are happy to be there and service us out. Read moreWhere do I begin? If I could give it a NEGATIVE (-) 5 star rating, I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have encountered in a long time. I understand the difficulty finding staff, but that is no excuse for the unprofessionalism and poor treatment to customers. I cannot understand how this location can be in business, as long as they have, and not have a local number and/or working phone at that location. How is this acceptable for a business to operate, let alone the safety and security of their own employees? After talking with Dunkin's Corporate HQ, I understand that this location is a locally owned franchise and the Corporate office has no control over this location.
This store also needs remedial training in health safety, as I personally witnessed the following on March 11, 2022, an employee do the following with "sanitary gloves" on: Touch the register Touch the counter Box up a dozen glazed donuts (handed to a family waiting in their van in the drive thru) Touch face/nose Touch hair Touch the register Touch the counter Return to the kitchen area...all with the same pair of "sanitary gloves" on. Needless to say, they no longer allow customers to access their lobby anymore as this location only has drive-thru service.
Yes, I have made numerous calls to their 800 number, have an active case open for investigation, and have been waiting weeks for a return call, even though the local franchise is reporting to HQ that they have attempted to call and email me (fake news).
