Absolutely horrible service. I was served a raw hamburger! I ate half of the burger before discovering pink meat. I called the restaurant and the manager said “I’m sorry about that” multiple times and never offered a resolution. I finally requested a refund after they didn’t even offer. Store owner took over my call then the call was disconnected. I called back several times and nothing has been done. They clearly don’t care about this issue and I do not recommend eating here. At least have the decency to take down my contact info and offer a refund and tell me you’ll get this corrected.
Update: I called the store again when a man answered and said, “Heather I’m trying to issue you a refund.” I truly believe the store saw my multiple calls and refused to answer and this man had an aggression tone against me when I was the one who consumed raw meat from his store. Mind you, I don’t know how he was trying to issue me a refund when he never took down any of my information and the food was paid on my husband’s card therefore no recent receipt with the name Heather (unless another guest receives my refund.). It’s been 24 hours and the restaurant has not contacted me or refunded my order. If I was the manager I would have offered a refund and a gift card to come back and try them a second time and ensure she figured out how this burger was sent out of the kitchen. Read moreMy only interactions with Culver's has been on online orders, where I've picked up my orders. With those interactions, my orders were awaiting me on time, hot and fresh. My orders consisted of double butter bacon burgers which were delicious. The prices for the burgers were$7.00, which is fairly reasonable. I will definitely order from Culver's again.
Update 2/22/23: I placed an online order again to be picked up at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:42pm and clicked "I'm Here" from their confirmation email. After waiting 10 minutes and no one came out with my order, I once again clicked "I'm Here". After waiting 15 minutes, I left my car to go inside. I walked in and there were sevem workers standing around the registers and food ramps area. After waiting a couple of minutes for ANYONE to ask me "can I help you?" one finally did and I stated that I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order, the worker asked for my name and turned around and got my order which had been completed and sitting up in the completed area waiting for anyone to deliver it to me, which it never was.
Needless to say, I have changed my overall grades for the service and store down to 4 stars. I was not a happy...
Read moreThis is our regular Culver's. We come here maybe once a week for something. Today, first time, my sandwich order was taken 100% accurately (not hard, no cheese) and was made with extra cheese. Got iced tea as my drink which came with no ice. Like, none. It was warm. Went inside to get my sandwich corrected, there were about 6 teenage crew members hanging around, standing, chatting. Only one of them asked how could they help. I explained the issue and showed my order slip. Remake ordered. While I waited, a crew member came out if the bathroom, with crew blue gloves still on, walks around the counter and proceeds to touch several serving utensils, soda cups etc. And dissapears into the kitchen. She appears a few minutes later to prepare a frozen custard order and screams "Jesus Christ this is hard!". The swearing didnt bother me in the least...the clientele there at the time, mostly elderly, probably didnt appreciate it . I mentioned the clearly no washing of hands from the bathroom to the manager who said he would speak to her right away but didnt. Not sure I will be back? And certainly not on a Saturday. And perhaps beef up on the changing of gloves if you go to...
