Outer Limits Smoke Shop — Local services in Clermont

Let's just start off by saying this is a real review by a real repeat customer and not a "scammer". I recently purchased a popular product and was helped by the owner. The product was a lot more then on the product website and he gladly priced matched. Which is why it's not a one star review. Fast forward today, a few days later. I called in to see if they had a certain accessory to go with the product, I got there a few days prior. They said yes they had it in stock. After getting there it was the wrong one after explaining what I was looking for over the phone. Didn't want it to be a useless drive so I asked about another accessory they had in stock. The price was a lot more than on the product's website. I ask for a discount or match price from the product website (I would have been happy with $5 off a $80 overcharged product) and was told he couldn't do it. I ask for the owner or manager who wasn't in. I was told that since they buy wholesale they pay more. So I corrected him. If buying from a wholesaler, shouldn't it be cheaper per unit. I walked out without buying anything. It was cheaper on the puffco's site with free shipping and no wait since they had it is stock. The manufacturer also offers a warranty for their products. I'll have my order in two days. Lost a repeat customer. I will not be back. If not buying nicotine products look on amazon or vender's website for a much better price even with...

I absolutely LOVE this shop! It is literally the only Smoke Shop I go to for all my Kratom, K-Shots, Vapes, RedLine shots, & occasionally whatever else I could need or want that they carry. The Staff are all EXTREMELY nice & very friendly. I feel like I'm just hanging with friends every time I shop there. I always walk out with a smile on my face and almost always laughing. I have been helped by all of the employees and they are all very knowledgeable of every product they carry and I never walk out with any questions. I have been a customer of Outer Limits since I first started with Kratom several years ago when I ran across this little booth @ Renningers Flea Market that is run by (still is!) the wife of the owner of Outer Limits. Back then the Clermont store wasn't even around so I would drive to their other store that's over 30-35 mins away because of the great experience I had with her at the Flea Market. When the Clermont store opened I was there since Day 1 & have been a very loyal customer ever since! I'm there at least 3+ times a week & always look forward to going. When I moved a little further away & have several Smoke Shops close to home I still take the extra time to drive to Outer Limits in Clermont! If I could, I would Rate It A LOT more!...

I’ve bought 2 fume vapes from here and both have stopped working within a couple hours. It’s ridiculous. And they do not do any exchanges.

“We do not manufacture vapes in the back room! We buy our fumes from a wholesaler. They are made in China. We do exchange bad products within a reasonable time of purchase daily. Not one of our competitors exchanges disposables because of scams but WE do all the time! As long as it’s within a certain time period. If your going to complain about a nation wide company then complain about them, not a small business who sells their products!”
