Stopped in to grab lunch To-Go. I ordered 2 Chimichangas wet, one with everything and one with sour cream on the side and no jalapeños. I received 2 Chimichangas not wet and one with Pico and sour cream on the side. I did not realize this until returning to my office. So I called so they could be remaking as I was in route back. I spoke with a manager, later told Kerri was her name and she said ok they would begin. I called back 1 min later to see if she could add a dos taco order to the remake and she said I'm sorry there is a problem with what we just spoke about. Since you didn't order it with queso you would need to pay to remake the Chimichangas. I informed her I specifically stated "wet" and clarified that was still the correct term to use for questions and she said yes but I don't remember you saying it so you will have to pay for the remake and we can't give you a refund. I suppose she didnt remember the sour cream only on the side not the pico too! I asked for a Manger she stated she was one. I asked her to write her info, store number and general manager and have ready when I arrive as I will be getting a refund. Kerro, then hung up on me. When I arrived she, nor any female was in sight that took my order. A male by the name of Garrett asked what I needed and I asked him to confer with her he did not so I went back through the story. He pulled up my order and said a refund was issued but he could not produce a receipt showing this. I asked for his name, and general manager and told there is no way to reach the GM outside of her scheduled hours. I have NEVER been to a restaurant have them get my order wrong and then tell me i cant have a refund and/or they cant remake it. To add when I first arrived to get my order my favorite sauce pump was not working so I asked if they had any in the back and I was given a cup to use to scoop with my fingers. This cup still remained when I returned. How unsanitary!! Fix the pump or pour from the kitchen supply! DESPICABLE! NEVER RETURNING!...
Read moreFirst time ordering from this location but unfortunately it’s dreadful the taste and look, quality coming from the food here, I don’t and will not speak for other locations which I’ve heard otherwise the opposite of which I am writing this review.
Where do I start, the amount with liquid draining from the burrito 🌯 was horrible, they don’t drain there lettuce 🥬, washed out any flavor the burrito and it was nothing but extremely wet and soggy. No cheese or the cheese washed out.
My dear wife got the shrimp, seemed very bland and only came with few shrimps, wrong amount of shrimps.
The guacamole horrible, not edible. The churros give an after taste of frying oil. Just bad!!
We as consumers expect and deserve a level of quality in our foods, wether there a small restaurant, take out to the large named ones.
Hopefully the manager will speak to the cook and change things up to be up to levels that of the winter park location. Every food I purchased at the winter park location has been stupendous filled with flavor.

Read moreBeware: Catering nightmare! - I guess I should have listened to the reviews that said "they are bad at giving you every part of your order"... Spent $500 on catering for 30 people for a party and they forgot so many items we had to run to a nearby store to feed everyone (we drove 20 minutes to pick up complete taco bar catering). There was not a single container of queso, guac, or salsa (should have been 6 total), they forgot to include all the chips, no hard shells for the 8 people (half order) who wanted them, forgot to include hot sauce bottles, just a complete mess- yet they assured us everything was in the bags on pick up. Double check them!! On top of that, I called and they said they would process a partial refund- I called again a week later when no refund was received, and apparently the store manager forgot to click "submit"? He was supposed to call me back the next day, but didn't. I've now called two other times with no answer... It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have no refund for the missing items... I loved Tijuana but now I'm not sure I'd recommend them to anyone- and definitely AVOID...
