AVOID THIS CHICK-FIL-A AT ALL COSTS!
I love Chick-fil-A. I eat it all the time. I have 32, 435 points on the CFA app — and I use it all the time for free sandwich/extra drink/cookie add ons to meals.
I have been to this CFA on 4 occasions and have never been through the drive thru in under 15 minutes. The first time I went through the line I was in it for 27 minutes.
Yesterday, I was stuck in the line (because once you get in there is NO way out with the idiotic set up they have to the flow of traffic where people are exiting and entering the line at the same point and since nobody has any patience you have all sorts of traffic jams) anyways, yesterday I was stuck in line for FORTY ONE MINUTES. That’s 41.
The workers had no sense of urgency. I thought they must be understaffed but when I finally got to the window… there were dozens of workers… a guy and girl closest to the takeout window were playing patty cake or something (not making that up) and someone who I assume to be the manager was leaning back on the counter talking to two employees about something on a phone.
One girl looked to be working the drive thru and the counter was littered with orders. At least 10-12 bags of food and 10-12 drink carriers with everything piled up.
She gave the food, nobody mentioned the insane wait time (most chick fil A’s are like “sorry about that wait” if your car ever has to come to a complete rest in the drive thru for more than 5 seconds 🤣)
So, the food tasted like it had been doing cooking and setting on the counter for 15 minutes — which was about the time it took from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. If I’m waiting longer than I do at a dine-in restaurant for my food… it better at least be hot.
It is just a consistently slow location. And not just regular slow… it is a “am I on hidden camera or is this some type of social experiment I have stumbled into?!” Slow.
So, CFA is an amazing company — but this branch (after 4 visits) is a DUD. Do yourself a favor and drive on down the road to the next chick fil a. Avoid this one at ALL costs.
p.s. I understand WHY they had to set up the flow of their drive thru the way they did… but since they have 85% of their parking space blocked off I think they could do a better job with traffic flow. You have impatient people cramming into the drive thru instead of waiting behind the line… and then nobody can get away from the drive thru window… and then it becomes a paradox and everyone is frozen in place. I saw so many people (clearly smarter than I) turning out of the line that leads up to the drive thru and leaving. And I was trapped with $20 worth...
Read moreI went to this chick fill A to buy some food. Never been in this store before so I am not sure how things work here. Anyways, I went through the drive through but their line start in a weird spot and I missed the first entrance (or that’s what it looks like since there a second entrance indicating “entrance to the drive through”), so, I decided to let the car that was coming from the first entrance which was next in line to passed so I could go in, but they stopped and let me through first (this was the last car at the start of the drive through line). However, when I was about to get into the line a guy with blue shirt and blue eyes (bold), no name tags, which I am guessing is the person in charge, decided to stopped me and told me in a rude way “ did you see the car right behind you, that’s the line for the drive through which mean you are cutting off the line”, I told him “ I find you way very rude, no excuse me, is this your first time here, anything at all” after telling him that he got apparently offended and told me, “have a good day and drive safe” in a sarcastic way, which I replied “ you as well”. Then he got mad and told me in loud way “ ok, bye bye” at the same time he was gesturing with his hand bye. The interaction of this person towards a client was soo disrespectful and rude, not up to chick fill A standards. By the way, the spot I was coming in clearly states “ drive through this way”, it’s very confusing how this drive through is set up. Never...
Read moreThe atmosphere at any Chick-fil-A is always great. Today's experience however was not. We got in line at 10:23 a.m. by the time we got to where the drive-thru order person it was 10:34 a.m. (yes, 11 mins). I was notified that they ran out of breakfast. I asked them to elaborate because I was so confused. I was there for breakfast. I was there at 10:23 a.m. they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 a.m??? Wouldn't the appropriate thing to do at 10:25 a.m. or even right at 10:29 a.m. go to every vehicle and ask them if they are there for breakfast or for lunch? This way they could ensure that everyone that was in line prior to 10:30 a.m. can get the breakfast that they were hoping to get??? I believe this is a very logical and customer service friendly way of making sure that everyone is served what they're there for.
The manager on duty came out to tell me that they had ran out of breakfast at 10:30 a.m. How does that make any type of sense? How do you run out of an item that you clearly stock every day? No, will you decided to do? Was completely put away every thing for breakfast and completely disregard anyone that's there for breakfast after 10:30 a.m. it's not our fault that the line took 11 minutes to reach to the order taker. Which by the way, I truly believe this is the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-thru always!!!!!
Completely ridiculous customer service...
