Walked in. Was not greeted cause person was on the phone. I figured, we're in the online ordering era. She's probably busy. But she continued on her phone without saying ANYTHING! "Hello. Ordered one large deep dish with extra sauce. Open it up and I see two small deep dish in the large box. No extra sauce. I asked for extra sauce as you cannot even see any sauce on the pizza which is not normal. As Detroit style deep dish has sauce on top of the pizza not below the sauce. Young kid argues with me telling me there’s extra sauce he made it himself. I asked him to remake it. He continues to argue. I just asked for my money back as none of what I asked for with special instructions being well done, and extra sauce standards being met. He was actually excited to give me my money back. I won't be returning because the cashier was so unpleasant and was weird and decided to tell a customer to get a sugary soda instead of diet because "it's the same thing"which is probably based on some half baked tik tok or online article of rubbish. You literally have three jobs, make pizza, scan sodas and put them in a bag, how do you screw up an interaction with a customer that is less than 5 minutes by spewing absolute rubbish about someone's drink choice?
