Not only is the food consistently delicious, the customer service is amazing! I placed a delivery order not realizing it was minutes before the store closed, made a mistake with delivery address on the original order and had to cancel and reorder, and then accidentally changed the sizes of two of the items by mistake. They called me to verify the intended order, and told me they had reopened all their supplies in order to make the order! Then they apologized for the delay even though it was MY mistake! Have eaten here 3-4 times now, and every time I am impressed with the consistency and quality of the food. I would happily eat any of the house sandwiches again, although I will say the braised beef with spicy giardineira and the mortadella and salami with basil aioli were my particular favorites. The Stromboli was fantastic as well. All of the sides I’ve had were of equal quality. The size of the sandwiches alone makes up for the slightly higher than average cost, to say nothing of how tasty they are. The sandwich was extremely good. I don't remember the names, but one was a standard Italian combo, and another prosciutto/brie/pistachio. Bread is great, meats are great. Size is great.

a previous review said $17 for 6-7". That's wrong. The large is ~$17, and is 14 inches. The smalls are 7" and I think they said usually around $10-12, depending on what you get.

They do need to get a sign. I think the sign above the shop still says its a beverage shop, so I was confused looking for...
