This is a first, me resorting to posting a review about my experience, of an unfortunate nature with Heights Arts. I drop by the gallery, roughly a month ago to check out the type of art on hand. I was welcomed, made to feel comfortable, had a good impression of the place. I viewed a number of items, not necessarily committed to make a purchase. However, I continue to peruse the offerings, and I observe a piece of jewelry, a ring that caught my eye. The ring on hand was not my size, I was informed that it could be configured for my finger, so the measurement was determined, I expressed interest in making the purchase, and specifically asked to pay for the ring while there, was told that was not necessary. I departed the establishment shortly after providing details on how to contact me, expecting to be contacted when the ring was sized for me. I ended up calling the gallery roughly a month after intial visit. The female I spoke to appeared to be surprised to hear from me. I was no less surprised when she disclosed, the ring had been sold. She claimed that I seemed unsure about making the purchase, which if that were the case, why would I have offered to pay for it while on site. In addition, I returned to the gallery shortly after the initial visit because I lost my cell phone, and wanted to make sure they could reach me.
