Arcade Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

There is no dining. I called to make a take out order & was told they aren't taking orders over the phone & hung up. When I arrived I tried to order pasta & was told that it was too late & that they are only serving pizza. I asked if they had specialty pizza as I wanted veggies & I only seen a meet supreme on menue the lady did not know what I was talking about even though they are a pizza place. Smh. She also told several customers that they had a pizza sale & when we arrived she said they been sold. I tried to order pasta again earlier in day on a later date & was told the pasta wouldn't be made till after 8pm. I just ended up ordering a salad that they had to make sure they had ingredients for. When I arrived there were several in fridge & the salad I received had alot of the middle white pieces not much green lettuce. The salads are one of the most expensive on the menue. They have a sign saying check food before you leave. If I have to check my food before I leave for a take out order. I highly recommend better service. They even have sign. They dont have personal pizza only smalls. Idk how Slavic village establishments are still open when they treat their customers like garbage. They are cash only. When my mom worked here & nello was alive service & pizza was way better. This place does not do it's justice it will never be the same from childhood the quality...

New to the area and the pics look really good. Drove by no one was there called the phone was busy for half hour straight. I only live a couple blocks away so I drove up there. I asked if they had an issue with the phone it was busy they said no only one line and they were busy…she had an horrible attitude bad customer service. no one was there, no orders, so when I asked about the CASH-ONLY and the closest atm the lady was so rude like bla didn’t want to be there like an idc attitude. I went the the corner store right by there and they were closed so no atm near the place. That was my last red flag. Between the service and the cash only I won’t be back either. Manager of pizza place for 10 years. Award winning, small local business. And Myself nor any of the other workers would have acted this way towards a customer. It’s a shame too I was so excited to try a pizza it looks so good. I just can’t waste my hard earned money supporting people that treat...

They are not what they used to be at all !!! Horrible customer service every time I go. One night I order my pizza at 9pm called at 1030 to check ETA lady said my order was never place ... so I replaced the order she said about 40 mins for pick up got there closer to 12am pizza still not done.. waited about 15 mins went back in food was ready, tried to tell the lady at the window what happened in the nicest way possible.. she threw the pizza on the counter yelled I dont have to buy the pizza then and walked away in haste. I'll never go back I waited literally 4 hrs for a pizza, went to Broadway pizza had it delivered within 30-40 mins & was satisfied. Dont sleep on Broadway pizza they just might be...
