Rotasu Hibachi (Broadway) — Restaurant in Cleveland

The portions are great I was able to eat from it 3x throughout the day. I ordered a chicken hibachi meal BTW, it was HOT and FULL only waited a few minutes for it! The service is fair, sometimes they're busy preparing other orders is all. It is take out ONLY unless you want to awkwardly sit in the few chairs they have without a table where you wait lol. I would definitely eat here again, it isn't my first time but it has been awhile. At first I thought I would be disappointed with the chicken covered in sauce, the sauce is not a teriyaki sweet sauce I expected which was great because i prefer my food NOT to be sweet. The yum yum sauce seemed to be watered down and barely had a taste, other than that I'd go back....worth 10 bucks.

Update of second trip! Well....apparently the portions depends on the person or time you go. I went in tonight around 8 my chicken was barely there. It was NOT what I got last visit. I called to make them aware or hell I would have even went back. The person on the phone apologized and said " sometimes it happens that way" or something of that nature. I just said it was fine and hung up, now he nows! I understand it isn't like counting nuggets but there should be simple a number of spoons of each item right? It sucks because their food is really good and affordable but the customer service is horrible. I put in an order for my co-workers because I spoke so highly of this place and the lady rushed me off the phone told me that the food would be ready faster than this 20 minute conversation when all I was tryin to do was make sure SHE got the order correct because SHE couldn't hear me. I absolutely love Rotasu Hibachi! Everything that I have ordered from them has been wonderful. Rotasu ,of course, has a variety of Hibachi options to choose from but, they also have sushi, quite a few Chinese dishes on the menu; including different flavors of fried rice and also, some vegetarian options as well. So, they have something on the menu that could satisfy the tastebuds of a wide range of people. They prepare their food to order and my orders have always been ready by the time I arrive to pick them up. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite generous.
