Flavor Bomb — Restaurant in Cleveland

Went here to experience this place because I listed it as a reference for my guest to visit. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical but decided anyways. Pros: extremely clean, good service, I was greeted upon entry and told she would be with me shortly. I was provided advice on wings sauces and other selections. I ordered 24 wings on $1 wing Wednesday. When I say them wings were so freaking good, fresh and not too crunchy. You can tell she uses fresh grease. I also ordered the veggie loaded French fries, again, fresh and layered with cheese, onions, peppers and broccoli throughout. So so good. The hottest "hot" sauce wasn't so hot but they were still good. I will order them again. There were no added fees on the wings or sauce. There was a 3% charge for using my card which is normal across most businesses these days. There is a bar directly next door that you can go to while you wait. My wait time was 25 mins and my food was ready within that time.

Cons: NOT much lighting outside and the signage is small, so if you're not familiar with the area you may pass it or feel a bit uncomfortable.

Overall, the owner/chef was professional and knows how to cook! I WILL return and I'm glad I listed this place as a reference...

At 11:25am I placed a pick up order for a double cheeseburger for lunch. I arrive att 11:30 and see its not busy, so I wait outside for a bit. At 11:40 I walk in and acknowledge I had placed my order online, almost immediately I hear the cook (owner) say "I'm letting all these online orders sit for at least 15 minutes before I even touch em." So I walk back out and continue waiting hoping it'll be worth it (partly because I had to pre-pay) only to walk back in at 11:55 to see they have not even started my meal. When I asked about a refund because I have to go back to work the owner said she was getting ready to start it now and that there's no way I ordered it 30 minutes ago. I had to call door dash and ask for refund because she was extremely rude and wouldn't stop talking through her assistant to talk to me like the place wasn't small enough for me to see and...

The food here was AWESOME!!! Words can not express how great of an experience it was to eat here. The food was fresh, seasoned perfectly. Ms. Tiffany and staff were very kind. Her and her establishment are true gems. Everything made to order. I had veggie Alfredo and southwestern chicken rolls. My bestfriend had chicken wings and chicken bowl with Alfredo sauce.
