Sub Station — Restaurant in Cleveland

This is LONG but funny and petty af. So today I order a sandwich. The light skin older lady that has been working there forever rings me up for a higher price. I tell her that’s is not the price of the sandwich. She says it weighed more than a regular ssndwich because I added extra meat. I tell her no I never asked for extra meat. She proceeds to tell me with aggravation well thats how much it is. I go to the girl who made my sandwich and I say did I ever ask you to add extra meat she says no. The older light skin woman then proceeds to unwrap the sandwich to remove the extra meat 😂 like what?! I’m not about to let y’all play in my food. So instead of apologizing or just selling me the already made and wrapped sandwich for the price it was suppose to be ( mind you an employees mistake) you actually reopen to remove some meat. Meanwhile Sam is hearing all this but does not interject. BAD customer service! Its wasn’t necessarily the price but the principle and level of petty.
