Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

I hate people leaving negative reviews of fast food restaurants so please understand that I genuinely mean this. I think this BK might be the worst fast food restaurant in the state of Ohio. I’ve got a few times to get a better sample size (one off bad experiences can happen anywhere) but at this point I’m sure. As I write this I’m sitting at the order speaker in line (June 18th, 6:39pm) the lady inside on the speaker periodically yells something which I can’t hear and does not respond to me. I have been here, in this same spot, for over 20 minutes. This has happened before.

Yes I can leave, but since I figured I’d post a review this time I wanted to see how this whole thing plays out start to finish.

I don’t know if they are understaffed, undertrained, poorly managed? And in general I think it’s a hard job and they should be getting paid far more than they are. However, there’s a limit.

Anyways if you ever want your “fast food” in less than an hour it’s get faster to drive to any number of better BKs than try to navigate whatever the hell is going on here at any point in time.

This place is gross to say the least, we sat down and go to to put my daughter and if they're disgusting high chair that I had to wipe down prior to using. We go up to the front counter to make an order and while ordering were told by the waitress to hurry up or move out of the way so she can serve the other customers. Mind you the order was less than a minute long. It was after changing my mind on one of the sandwiches. I was told I couldn't change it because they already started making the sandwich. We sit down to not so much enjoy our meal but to eat and witness a man place an order, walk out of the store and for his food to be handed to someone else, after being handed to someone else and that person realizing it was wrong they gave the order back to the employee who then handed it to the customer belong to. That food should have been garbage especially with covid I don't think someone else's hands need to be on somebody's food...

I ordered a bk king no onions replace the sauce with mayo .. the young lady with long braids young took my order she seem as she didn't know how to remove or substitute what I was asking so I said forget I'll get a whopper no onions add cheese when I get to the window I apologize to her if I came off rude and asked if she can accept tips I have her $5.00 .I get home onions on my sandwich ( frustrated now) I go bk maybe a week later which was 9/15/2024 same girl .. I said can you please make sure no onions last time my order was incorrect and I tipped you she said you can check yourself cause it's made I said you supposed to ensure it's correct .. I ignored it I know the difficulty of dealing with customers throughout the day .. my point is our young generation need more training in customer service I'm a manager and a mother that's why I understood her frustration...
