Arrived at location around 7 and was told my item would be a short 3 minute wait. I was told to pull up and I said I'd just pull over and wait. This was not communicated to the girl that brought my food out and I waited about 10 minutes (patiently) because the girl didn't know where I was. Mind you it's a small lot only me and one other car and they serviced two other people. This would have easily been brushed off had my entire order came out. Wouldn't you know? They gave one of my items to another person who gladly drove off. I then pulled up to the drive through nicely asking about never getting my receipt along with one of my items in my order. I wanted to take advantage of leaving feedback for a free burger. They are very sneaky to not hand you your receipt so you can't do it. Instead of handing me my receipt, the cashier looks it over and asks, me are you sure? This is not as if I drove off and came back. I literally backup into the drive through again and waited patiently after a new customer. Why would you ask if i'm sure? If I pay for something I want the item I paid for. She then tells me it will be another 3 minute wait and I saw can I get a refund because I don't understand why I would wait just to have them give my order to someone else. She said she personally packaged the item. However, she did not personally bring it out which means between her packaging the item and another person bagging my items , who once again admitted to not knowing i had been there/where I went because the cashier didn't tell her, the item could have been misplaced due to lack of communication. I felt like the woman was trying to say I was lying and it was insulting because seriously? For burger king? Lie? After all of this, can you believe she still didn't physically hand me the receipt. She was unwilling to admit that they may have given my order to one of the two other cars that pulled up while I patiently waited. Read moreI stopped to grab my granddaughter a breakfast sandwich, which she had a coupon. We were on our way to her doctor appointment. I told the person on the speaker in the drive-through window that I had a coupon, and she asked me what the number was (code) on the coupon and the amount to pay at the next window. I paid and didn't receive a receipt. I was in a hurry to make it to my granddaughters appointment on time. After we checked in for the appointment, my granddaughter stated she hoped they had given her bacon, but her eyes filled with tears because the sandwich was sausage. Her name was being called, and I told her that after her appointment, we would return to the restaurant and ask for an exchange. When I returned to the restaurant and explained my situation; I was met with indifference and told I should have asked for bacon. I asked to speak with the manager, and I informed her I wasn't given the option of what sandwich I wanted, so how could they choose for me. She said that's on you because you should have said bacon. I asked for a corporate phone number, and I parked in the parking lot and called the number, and whenever I selected the button to speak with someone, the phone would hang up. So I called a final time and selected human resources and left a message on someone voice mail. I received a call from a gentleman who said he would address this location on customer service, for all they had to do was take the items and replace them. My granddaughter used all her money from her piggy bank and borrowed from her cousin because she knew breakfast would be over when she arrived at school. This incident happened on January 11, 2023. Read moreEvery time I go thru the drive-thru, order is always messed-up. They never get my Order right. I go all the time for the kids because they want mozzarella sticks. 2 orders of 8 pieces, with marinara sauce. They can never get this order right,NEVER. Just today, same order, got 1 order with one piece missing, and never got the other order. Stood at the window for the other order of mozzarella sticks (lady said she didn’t charge me) but I paid for the order, and when I got home, the gave me chicken nuggets instead of mozzarella sticks. The staff there is horrible, I spend at least a half hour in the drive thu line (never fails). And they don’t give you receipts on purpose so you won’t never have proof of their mishandling of orders. Just go to a different location than this one by the zoo.
