Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

I don’t recommend using the online or mobile orders whit out making sure the store is open I’ve been to this location three different times Ordering on the mobile app And the doors was locked After i already paid for my order They will look at you and ignore you as you knock on the door, trying to get your food that you already paid for. on 08/22/2024 at 12:40 this location doors were locked and I wasn’t able to get any food. I work in the steelyard and this is my go to spot for lunch. I really enjoy Burger King but this is Unacceptable. I completely understand if you all are short staffed and are Unable to accommodate everyone who comes into the store But please update your business hours when you are not able to accommodate everyone. I don’t have a car to go through the drive through and a lot of people are Being inconvenienced by the Lack of communication on the app and or the website It says that the location is open but it’s not. as well as no one answers the phone for you so you can see if the store is open. I highly do not recommend this location If you are trying to get in and out because They are always short staffed and no one wants to come to work. I just went up there tonight 01/08/17 at 10:45 and ordered a whopper meal and a hot dog and the girl named Patricia was very RUDE!!!! Instead of working and making the customer happy she'd rather sit and bs with her friends. I was given an attitude because I wanted a hotdog added on, I was told it was a 10 minute wait with such attitude. I give miss Patricia money and I'm sitting here waiting on my change back as she starts bs'ing with her friends again. Then after 3 minutes she say ignorantly that I need to move up and wait on my stuff. Sitting down ready to eat and home the fries and hotdog I was waiting on and expecting to be fresh was cold and bread was stale. I live literally right down the street from them....it cpulsnt have got cold that fast. This place I do no recomend and I won't be coming back. If you want to go to a burger king with repspectful crew and peoe who care that your food isn't garbage then I wouldn't go to the Steelyard BK. I know I won't. Have it your way??? What a joke!!!! As soon as my fiance walked in the door she slipped and fell on a puddle of water there were no wet floor signs and there were no one tending to the entrance also there were no mats placed when entering the tiles on the floor where extra slippery should never be placed on the floor these towels should be placed on the wall as soon as they get wet it becomes a slip hazard I almost fell when I went to try to assist my fiance this place is dangerous it took at least five minutes for the manager to come and have someone attempt to mop up the puddle or place a wet floor sign she also said she was aware that the floor is slippery when it's wet but they have not done anything about it this place is dangerous it is hazardous and the area should be reassessed the entrance should not have those types of tiles on the floor someone could really hurt themselves she is lucky she didn't break any bones even though she is...
