Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

Location needs to be shut down. Trash food served by lying people with an attitude. So my pizza was made wrong with no cheese and it was a mess. So I requested that to be fixed. Didn't fix it great but at least it had cheese. Both fries were old and cold like they were there all day. Both my Doritos tacos were smashed. My husband's 5 layer burrito was mostly shell. The side of beef i was giving was such a mess they didn't close it just shoved it in a bag to spill all over. The chips and cheese was missing had to request them again. She gave us small drinks I told her the meal was large she said she would get us large she lied. She came back lying to me telling me that there was no large cups and walked away. I looked behind the counter and right where she came from was large cups. I threw away the smaller drinks one because It wasn't what I ordered (she refused to give me what I ordered) and two because it took them 10 minutes or more to fix (i guess the best of their abilities) my order and the drinks I didn't order were already watered down. After throwing away the drinks I took the mess of food and walked away because I seen they weren't going to do their jobs properly or replace or refund since she just gave me an attitude and walked away lying to me. I took a picture of her since they don't wear name tags. She needs to be fired. I paid $27.05 for a trash mess and attitude from an employee because I asked her to make it correctly. It was so bad I even seen customers walk away. Glad they did because they would have received the same trash i did. Also the store was dirty wasn't cleaned apparently they only stay on that side of the counter and are too lazy to clean. I ordered in app wish I seen the place and reviews before I wasted my hard earned...

It’s Taco Bell, so I don’t expect much, but this Taco Bell location is consistently the worst location I have ever been to. It’s always slow and my order is almost wrong - missing items and/or incorrect customizations are the most common issues (ie, a combo will only have two of the three items, an item will be made with beef when I requested chicken, added sour cream will be missing, etc). Tonight, however, was probably the straw that broke the camel’s back. I arrived to pick up an online order that someone else had placed. There was a short line that took a very long time. When I got to the front of the line, I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes. Finally, someone took the name for my order. When I got to the pickup window, however, they gave me the wrong order (same first name, different last initial). I pulled out of line and checked with the person who placed the order - it was correctly placed, so I got in line again. It went a bit faster this time (though I still sat at the speaker despite the fact that there was no one in front of me), but they still insisted they did not have the order. Just complete incompetence, for years now, from top to bottom. I have given them many, many chances, eaten many things I did not order, and waited in lines without complaint because I know they’re typically understaffed, but the rudeness coupled with them somehow losing my order was the last straw...

Like everything else in the Steelyard, worst Taco Bell EVER!!!!!! I am not one to complain but somehow this specific taco bell always ruins my night. There is no reason why the employees do not know their menu!!!! I asked for a #6. (Quesadilla, 2 tacos & a drink)

Just because they always give me supreme tacos, I specifically asked for NO SOUR CREAM on my hard tacos, the man corrected me and said that they do not come with sour cream. I also asked for a steak quesadilla instead of the regular chicken. The screen showed my order, yet when I get home to eat my food, I have a CHICKEN quesadilla and SUPREME TACOS!!!! I do not eat either so I am disgusted because I just wasted time, gas and money on something that I am not going to eat.

I called to get my order taken care of and was even going to drive all the way back up there to get a replacement order, but get this; they took the phone off the hook!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!

Not to mention I have been here NUMEROUS times and they somehow always ruin my order. I have given second chances, even after biting into my Mexican pizza and biting into a piece of paper! That is beyond disgusting and I still never complained. This taco bell is CARELESS & something needs to be done. Either hire new staff that actually CARE about their jobs, or shut it down! Point blank period.
