K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Cleveland

The store is a complete mess. Everything is unorganized and it’s hard to find anything that you’re looking for.. Had to do a return at this location came at 10:30 AM and was informed me that they don’t do returns in the morning because they don’t have the money to do so! That’s not a part of their return policy by the way that’s just the random managers policy! I asked to speak to the manager, which is Belinda and she was so excited to NOT help me. She had the biggest smirk on her face just waiting for me to shut up so that she could shut me down..told me to return In the afternoon, When they would hopefully have enough money ($125) to give me my money back! I’m only available to run errands in the morning.. I work and have children in school. I Drove 37 minutes to this location to do a return and she asked me to drive another 27 minutes in the opposite direction from my home to do the return at a different location because she was unwilling to go to the office and get MY MONEY BACK. I then drove to the other location which now took me an hour out of my way, and that manager walked right to the back got the money out of the safe and did the return with NO problem. He Was extremely polite and apologize for Belinda‘s behavior! I think the people at the steelyard Location are on a power trip and might need somebody to come down and speak to them about how customers come first! Maybe understand the situation instead of just being rude, nasty shutting people down and unwilling to do their job. I thought because this place did not list its inventory online or prices that I would get there and find everything overpriced and expensive.. .

Absolutely not! This place has fabulous clothes some really wild and nice stuff and at prices I couldn't believe how low.

I highly recommend this place, and I highly recommend Alan who is the guy in charge of the suit department by where the tailor is located.

I bought three suits, a dress shirt and matching track suit (tracksuit shown in the picture) & walked out of there with a fantastic deal on all of it... basically the price you would pay for one suit in a high-end rip off store. I absolutely love this...

It’s a No ! Followed us around the entire time - someone walked up on me as I put a suit jacket in the mirror to see if I could fit it. Stood on top on me and stared me down talking about she was trying to see in the mirror too. I know you were security……. yet last I checked you can try on suit jackets in a mirror , that is why they are there . We went back to speak to a manager because it made us feel so bad and they denied the entire thing. No worries , I will not be back.
