Five Guys — Restaurant in Cleveland

When it comes to "fast food," it is hard to top 5 Guys. It is among the burger elite, like In-N-Out, B-Spot, and your other top-notch regional burger chains in the US. It is absolutely phenomenal. The National burgers chains are all garbage compared to 5 Guys.

Their burgers are the best, my personal favorite in the greater Cleveland area. There may be a restaurant or two that has burgers that I would take over these, but they certainly aren't places I can order ahead or even grab a quick meal at. They are made to order, and you can really get creative when it comes to toppings! One word of advice: the little burger is plenty, especially if you are getting fries.

Their fries are also amazing. I personally love the Cajun seasoned fries, but the plain fries are also great. And get the small - a regular order is a meal of its own! They also have a quaint sign up that tells you where the spuds were sourced each day (always in the USA).

They shakes are great, but if you order ahead, you should know they don't start making them until they know you are there to pick up your food.

Lastly, if you have a peanut allergy, this is NOT the place for you. There are boxes of peanuts you can scoop, shell, and eat while you wait. I don't think that's something that most people do... There is SO much food in a 5 Guys meal that you can rarely finish a full order without hating yourself... But if it is your thing, by all means...

I had placed an online order for this location last night. According to the email usury was supposed to be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived at 7:45 pm to pick up the order and let them know I was there. At 8:10 pm I asked why our good wasn't ready yet. The cook started he didn't realize we were there and that they had to make the fries. Irritated I said fine. I understand that sometimes things happen. However, the cook acknowledged when the lady said we were there when we arrived. The cook and the other guy continuously laughed and joked about the situation. We finally got our food and left at 8:20 pm. Only to get home and find out that my burger was incorrect. It has been a long time since I have had such a bad experience at that store. How it was handled was poor at best. Not sure I will ever return to...

The employee briana is very disrespectful and the manager on duty is as well .. I ordered something it said I had onions and I did not order that I tried to get her attention to fix it and she rolled her eyes and walked away and the manager is telling her to stop saying leave it alone only to walk away and laugh with her about it like it's funny. Then I asked for my money back because by now I dont want my food even the whole team is congregating together laughing and being unprofessional I most certainly dont want them preparing my food. So I had to wait until she thought it was appropriate to give me my money back.. so I went to another location.. I also asked if she was the store manager or the manager on duty because I told her she was also unprofessional.. something needs to be done about...
