One Star due to high costs and completely ignoring a white customer for another customer of their own race,even though I WAS their PRESENT customer waiting to be rung up,they BOTH TURNED to help lady that was ASKING A QUESTION not buying anything!. I live very close to this thrift store. Walking distance actually. Between that and the fact that ALMOST ALL of my clothes/shoes/household items/bedding, etc.etc. comes from various thrift store, I spend A LOT of money at THIS Salvation Army Thrift Store every week, even though their prices are at times ridiculously HIGH for both the item and a thrift store item at that!. I However TODAY was my LAST day of shopping at ANY Salvation Army Store, the closeness to my home was my only good excuse for overspending when other thrift stores are much cheaper. Why Am I leaving them?. Because I was at the counter waited for employee to be done with person in front of me of course, then instead of waiting on me she and other employee at registers BOTH TURNED AWAY FROM ME KNOWING I WAS THERE AND WENT TO ANSWER ANOTHER SHOPPER...

Worst experience ever,donated furniture and a recliner and dresser the drivers came to pick up took the wrong pictures of the donated items went outside my yard and took pictures of the wrong items and Saidd his supervisor said it not updated first of all that was not the items. Never again donating to Salvation army it waste time. My stuff was not old , just moved here and getting rid off stuff. Need to have people to do...

The staff at this location is beyond friendly! I was contemplating on purchasing a piece of furniture due to its price until one of the cashiers told me of an ongoing promotion where if you download the Flok app you get 50% off!
