Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

My wife ordered six pizzas for a work party qt her job. She called and hour and half early on a Wednesday evening. We were told 25 min to pick up. Gave them 30 min., went in to pick up and were told orporate call center did not place the order to them. My wife put in order again at $65.00. I walked out fuming. Told wait another 20 to 25 min! I called same " corporate" number to complain and store manager picked up. He told me it was his store and apologized for inconvenience. Im tire of apologies for wrong orders, time wasted, money wasted, etc at. McD's, BK, etc. These businesses plainly just DON'T care about us, their customers. Take us or .... No more business with franchise establishments. I'll find a mom and pop shop and give them my money! Update: My wife came out of the store. We ordered three pepperoni, two sausage, and one cheese. We received six cheese. My wife was furious and complained same manager. He took $50.00 off, but who wants cheese pizza. We ended up at Rascal House $40.00 out the door. D Manager and co. Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas well done. pizzas were not well done and literally so thin it was around the size of construction paper with toppings the pizzas were not cut through at all. It smelled funny and my kids that eat everything wouldn't even finish a slice.. neither did i.. called to make them aware .. the gentleman that answered the phone was decent enough to put a credit towards my account.. I waited a few days giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again the girl that answered was so rude I couldn't barely get a word out without her talking over me she ended up over charging me by $3 when I asked why she very rudely said a 3 topping pizza is extra .. when I specifically told her i was ordering the exact same thing 2 large 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 each.. she was very unhappy with me and hurried me off the phone.. the same order.. Same exact results except this time the top of the pizzas were burnt and the inside was still dough .. purchase at your...

So they answer the phone, pick up or delivery- I say delivery and am told oh sorry it’s carry out only. Ummmm ok. I ordered a large pizza, stuffed cheesy bread with two garlics, no marinara and an order of the cinnamon twists. I go pick it up and only get a pizza, cinnamon twists and two garlic cups. Ok whatever, it wasn’t even worth arguing since I wasn’t charged for the bread. I get home, eat the pizza and get ready for the cinnamon twists which is the best part, right?! There’s no freaking icing!!!! Way to go dominos for literally losing me as a customer for life. I get that you will hire just about anyone anymore and that’s fine, but at least hire people competent enough to handle this job. I’m so...
