I got off work around 11:30pm & was super hungry but since everything was closed, me & my coworker decided to get dominos. I placed an online carry out order & drove to dominos. We decided to go in to wait because my car doesn’t have heat and we were freezing after the 30 min drive and I quickly realized they were closed & felt terrible because I hadn’t been aware. Typically their app lets me know if they close soon and if it’s close to the time they close I won’t place an order out of consideration. When we entered the guy quickly questioned us with frustration on why we would place an order so close to closing (11:45pm) & I replied that we weren’t aware and apologized. (He shouted “why would you guys order 30 seconds before close? That’s just crazy) I was so uncomfortable I let my coworker pick up the order & went to wait outside in my car. I think it’s really rude for places of businesses to get upset when it comes to orders coming in before closing time. (Keyword BEFORE) At the restaurant I work at we make food 30+ minutes after closing and we make it correctly.😔 Not only that, our plain hand tossed cheese pizza was literally incorrect. How do you mess up a cheese pizza. I’m not one to typically make reviews but the service is so bad so often & the associates are always so rude & it’s literally just your job bro. If you don’t like your job you should just get a new one, because it’s literally what your paid to do. I should not have to pay 30 dollars for the wrong pizza and I definitely shouldn’t be getting shouted at by employees when I’m just trying to eat. That’s it,...
Read moreThe last 2 times I ordered pizza from this place has been a disaster. I ordered a meatzza pan pizza with extra cheese, cause they never put enough cheese, to be delivered to my work. The pizza after delivery charge was right at $25. paid the driver and tipped $5. That's $30 for a single pizza. When I opened the box, half the pizza had no cheese at all on it. I even took pictures for proof. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Next time my wife orders food and asks me to pick it up on the way home. She had to make 2 separate orders because you can't have an online order over $50. Get to the store and explain that I have 2 separate orders to pick up. she charges me for both orders and gives me my food. I get home and my wife informs me that part of the order is missing. I call and speak to the manager, Mathew, and explain to him what the issue is. He immediately gets defensive and asks why I had 2 separate orders to begin with and accuses me of trying to scam them for free food. I had to explain to the Manager about the online policy. He goes on to blame me for leaving without my entire order. Keep in my this was an online order my wife made, I was picking it up. It is the stores responsibilty to make sure I am given my complete order after payment. I shouldn't have to double check their work to make sure they do their jobs properly. Staff was friendly, but very rude management. I used to spend $50 to $80 twice a month there,...
Read moreI ordered by automation but it couldn't understand my street address, so it took me to the store and person. I repeated my order, 2 large two topping on both thin cut, but also pie cut. It repeated back exactly what I ordered. It when I spoke with the person, who also repeated back the order, I again said twice, PIE cut! He repeated it back. When I received the orders, they were NOT PIE CUT! I also did NOT receive a receipt from my purchase. I paid with cc but gave cash for a tip. When I called the store to get a credit the person I spoke with brushed it off. I had to ask why is the thin crust cut in squares when I specifically asked for pie cut. He said automated may not have understood. I explained it repeated the order as I said. But it transferred me to the store due to not understanding the address. I spoke with him directly and reiterated twice it was to be Pie cut. Also said this was not the first time but was the first time I called to complain. He hung up mid sentence!! 1)Please train to LISTEN to customer's order. 2) give...
