Tacos El Don Mexican Kitchen is a hidden gem for those who appreciate authentic Mexican cuisine. This small restaurant offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Brand new restaurant in downtown Cleveland is a must go! The fun blowup in front waved its arms constantly and really was what made me think. Let’s try this place. It’s new and that is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!

Upon entering this place is super clean, fresh decor, very well organized, and ran. I was excited that they had Birria!!! Which is a marinated steak that comes with the juice on the side to dip it in it’s delicious!

Their menu is well priced and has a great variety that is different from other local Mexican restaurants!

They even have an outstanding breakfast menu that incorporates many unique dishes that are not offered anywhere else in Cleveland! I personally got the sopes Which were fantastic!

The owner came out to check on the restaurant and I realized after talking with him it his family Owned and run! His son and wife were in the back working and I got to meet everyone. It was wonderful!

A definite must go for Cleveland if you want good Mexican food that isn’t like...

I ordered a steak taco, which was so greasy that the tortilla was unable to hold together. Near thirty dollars for a total of four steak tacos and two drinks. If the food is good, then I could deal with the cost. When the food is not good, I can not justify spending that crazy amount.

Response to owner response. I have had authentic tacos usually once a week. I know there is oil involved with the tortilla. Never have I had one drowning in so much that the tortilla fell apart. And for your response to say I didn't pay what I paid is unbelievable. Four tacos, one bottle beer, one horchata. The total paid was $28, and some change and a $5.00 tip to the lady. Now, what should I been charged? Since you are saying I couldn't have paid what I paid, suppose I was overcharged...
