Central Park - Cleveland, TN — Restaurant in Cleveland

I have to be completely honest- I do like their food--but the past 2 times my over all experience has been HORRIBLE- I pulled in and there are 2 visible employee's- hanging out outside- which was fine-- so I pull up and they come in and you could see on their faces that I "interrupted" their - break or whatever-- the guy slams the window open with an attitude and in such a manner that I ask if I was interrupting them - because if I was I could go elsewhere and they could go back to the parking lot- he says no your fine and the lady rolls her eyes as she hears me telling the guy my order which made me see red- and then they either "misunderstood "my order the first time or just deliberately made it wrong-- I let that one go simply because I was too dang tired to drive back over and say anything)- this was roughly 2 weeks ago- Sooo tonight I go back- giving them the benefit of the doubt ---mayyybe they just had a bad day previously ( we all have those days) - Sooo pull in- there's 2 cars ahead of me- ok- it IS a drive-thru, I get to the window-get that same guy taking orders- again obviously the customers were aggravating them from "hanging out"- I ordered something specific- pay- go home get ready to eat and it's WRONG AGAIN, So I go back and said theres a few things that aren't on my sandwich that I ordered - I order a CKN club sandwich- add onion- I got a CKN sand with tomato & lettuce- didn't have any onion- or cheese or bacon- I was like I'm ok if you wanna just put those few things on there- again I get attitude- they "say well we didn't charge you for a club so you'll have to pay the difference- I'm ok with that- BUT they didn't give me a receipt so -- they remake it- I offered to pay the difference- and then dude was all nice ( like night & day difference).. get home and STILL NO onion 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️... so I'm DONE with them and will find out who "owns/manages this place and go from there!'. Great food when it's done...

We had Central Park in Fort Payne Alabama during the 90s. It was my favorite restaurant ever! The fries were made by Angel's apparently cause that is what i missed the most. So one day while in Tennessee visiting family we drove by this place. My eyes widened with wonder. The sign looked exactly how i remembered it to be. The famous drive through only building only big enough to have maybe 4-5 people at once inside. The smell at the window when they took my order. Once we drove off my heart raced as i opened the bag. The burger hot and steamy made my mouth water. I took my first bite and all of a sudden i was 13 again. My father driving us to Central Park for burgers and fries. Then i grabbed a fry and the crunch and then flavor blast me back again to a time of my youth when i took that bite. Asking my father to take me to central park. I remembered wanting to make my fries and drink a Livin large size cause i wanted to be like my father. These places were my childhood. For this Central Park to be able to make me reminisce those days like i time travel then you know it was good. I will go back. I will even make a special 2 hour drive from my house to Cleveland Tennessee just for their fries again. So believe me you...

The Cranky Old B* in the right window needs to learn proper customer service, she was rushing us to order, and not giving us the chance to figure out what we wanted to order. When i had said something about never being there before, that we needed a minute, she rolled her eyes, and started making snide comments. When I said she needed to calm down, and quit rushing us, she slammed the drive thru window, and flipped us off. We had been at the window to be able order our food, for maybe 2-3 minutes at the most, and apparently we wasn't fast enough. We had three adults and baby in the car. It takes longer then two or three minutes to order for four people, especially at somewhere you've never been before!! Customer service was HORRIBLE, and for the Crusty B* to be so old, you would think she knows what manners are, but it seems she was raised by apes, dogs, your choice, I just don't recommend this restaurant, unless you want bad customer service, rude attitude from an...
