Customer service and appreciation is bad. There is a lack of communication among staff. Confusion in who is the actual owner. Whatever manager that is on hand is the apparent owner. I feel underappreciated, ignored and completely disrespected. On Saturday evening I decided to try Georgio's OFPC's stuffed crust pizza. I didnt know they made stuffed crust pizza. So I ordered online on SLICE. My order was $20 and some change. I received a text letting me know they received my order. Moments later I received another text letting me know I wouldn't receive my order for 10-15 minutes later than planned. No problem.I waited. And waited some more. My delivery was an hour late. The food was cold and it wasn't even what I ordered. I wasn't going to complain. Because I know it's the pandemic and the fast food industry has been hit hard and been under paid and under compensated. Because I spent $20+ on my order and received way less than what I paid for. I called the next day just to let them know I didn't receive what I paid for. The manager owner was respectful and she compensated me for my order with a credit. She gave a me a complimentary brownie. She said call whenever and let them know I said. So I called and the manager who said he was the owner had an attitude with me. He was very angry and rude. He comped me my pizza and he charged me for the brownie I never asked for. She gave me the brownie complimentary. To top things off he didn't even slice my pizza. I will never order from Gergio's OFPC on...

We ordered a 1/2 sheet stuffed crust pizza with ham and onion for our toppings and let me just say the pizza is a scam. You get 16 squares because they cut the slices as big as 2 domino size game pieces put together. They're so small they don't even equal a regular slice in a round pizza so don't let that "1/2 sheet" full you b/c at the end of the day you're still getting a medium to maybe a large pizza and to make it even worse the crust was soggy and the pizza itself was bland. They put the bare minimum of cheese and we ordered extra so I'd hate to see what normal cheese looks like on a pizza there. Also the ham was cut up too small to say it was diced so we'll call it minced. This place is either stingy or broke because it was shameful how much we paid for a less than mediocre pizza. The cheese stuffed crust wasn't stuffed with cheese it was stuffed with air and more crust and I say air b/c that's how non existent the cheese was... This pizza was just bad and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even if it was the last pizza place in town or on earth, honestly, you'd be better off making your own, at least you'd get the size, flavor, and ingredients you want...Even if you're not a cook and even if you accidentally burned it, you'd still...

Would not recommend going here to eat wings or around lunchtime. Service: Let me start up off with when I got there for lunch after 1 on a Monday. The two ladies that were supposed to be working were just sitting outside. (I would have understood if they were on break, but they both were out there with no one inside working) They didn't even start on my order until I got there so they did not even know I put in an order with the app and I put it in 10 min prior to when I got there. All I ordered was a large cheese pizza and 8pc garlic parmesan wings. The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and pretty much glared at me the moment I got out of my car to go inside the store. She handed me my order with no communication, and I was the one who told her to have a good day and I thanked her for my order which I thought was unprofessional of her since she had no customer skills what so ever. Food: The food was at least edible, but I was lacking greatly. The wings were swinging in grease when I received them, and I barely tasted the garlic parmesan taste even when I covered it in the sauce. The cheese pizza had so little sauce on it I was basically eating cheese on bread. I'm hoping if I go at a different time, it will be better, but...
