I placed an order on 3-10-2018 which was for 2 orders of boneless hot wings, once delivered it was regular hot wings, I called the manager he argued with me about my order, stating that the employees knew about them running out of boneless wings, the employee never mentioned that to me. I stated that if the order was correct than there would be no reason for the call. I stated that the employee made a mistake but to no prevail nothing was done to rectify the situation and I lost $45. Ordered a well done pizza, came to get it and it wasn't don. The guy argued with me that it was done. Very nasty attttattude. He said that he wasn't going to give my money back. Called 222nd store and reported him. The manager at 222nd store sent my money as well as another pizza. Please do not patronize this store on 156th street on lakeshore. Reported to the better business bureau. It was brought to my attention that the guy I was dealing with was the owner of the store,wow that's how he treats his customers. The store should be shut down. Very dirty on the inside. The store is in a black neighborhood, I wonder if he would act like that if he was in a white...

First time ordering, think itll be my last. $3 for a large order of jo jos, might only be a count of 12. Also came in to pick up my order, guy said be with you in a minute, then just went to the office on his computer for 8 min till another customer came in.
